IMO the key fights will be the Elder Fight, Suiryu vs everyone, Metal Bat vs Garou and probably Saitama vs Fubuki.

In regards to season 3, consider the following: the MA raid (not the whole arc, JUST THE RAID) is not even halfway done yet and it's already nearly three volumes long. One cour won't be enough once the arc is complete.

Fights go by surprisingly quickly in animation and there's a fuckton of filler that can be skipped over
