The other characters have their own themes, but for some reason they insist on using Giorno's theme for everything, even in fights or scenes he's not even in.

Jojo's sound director is a pleb. I'm pretty sure it's the guy who did Berserk 2016.

the only tracks from part 5 that I even remember playing are giorno's theme and fugo's from the man in the mirror episodes and the torture dance song.

I'd say part 1's soundtrack is just okay. The only tracks I still remember are Jonathan's victory theme and that one that plays when Dio freezes Straits

Part 5 OST is really good, but it's not well used. There are themes that I like but were played once or twice. I'm really tired of the main theme.

I don't remember Part 1's that well except that it was gallant, sort of like a fantasy RPG.
Part 2 I remember fondly. Kars becoming the Ultimate Lifeform is still the biggest oh shi- moment in the anime adaption.
I like Part 5's music but as points out, the Giorno theme is overused.

I've liked four of the tracks so far. Giorno's theme, Un Sogno (the inspiring track that plays during the boat scene), Ties (obligatory "emotional" track but fuck you, it's good), and King Crimson's theme. Honorable mentions to the torture dance song and what plays when Aerosmith is summoned.
It's not top tier, but it's better than part 1 and many other anime. I'd call it a 6 or 7 out of 10 so far.

4 has okuyasu's theme so that part. also any of the 3 openings are better than any other part outside the super cheese super great part 1. 2's soundtrack was odd with dubstep and jazz. 3 was forgettable as fuck outside of jotaro's shit about to get punched theme and oingo bongo ending. 5 is just shit. i think the torture song is the only memorable anything from that part so far.
