If the universe is already random instead of fated and stuff it'll be fine, especially since it would only affect events that are about to happen instead of already happened. e.g. picking a winning scratchcard instead of forcing your one to win, or choosing to find gold nuggets right where you're digging. You can't just make already-existing things change. You can however choose to make YOURSELF happen to dig into a gold nugget

Upon punching any body of water larger than a puddle but smaller than the average lake, it can apply one of two effects. The first releases an orange powder into the water, merging with it to instantly form a thick orange fluid throughout the entirety. This fluid will automatically sprout tendrils which grab any nearby people or animals to drag them in. It will then fill their every pore and completely embalm them within seconds.
The second effect releases a blue powder, which instantly turns the top layer of any similar pool of liquid into solid. Think of it like a thin blanket of ice. This can be used in conjunction with the orange fluid to set a trap, since the resulting solid ground will look like brown dirt unless you pay attention 「Making Orange Things」can then kick the blue sheet to break it and propel itself away, causing whoever is on top to fall in.
User must be within 100 meters of the body of water for either effect to persist. Upon leaving this range, it has a timer of 15 minutes before dissipating.
「Good Vibrations」
It is able to make ripples at the surface of a liquid that travel through every liquid, even unconnected, in a one kilometer radius. If anyone drinks the liquid the ripples pass through, the person drinking it becomes relaxed, careless and loses all hostility. The closer to the center of the ripple, the stronger the effect is and the longer it lasts. The main application is to sit at a cafe and tap the side of a cup to make the whole neighborhood chill out.

If I had to pick, my favourite is Heaven's Door. However, I would pick it mostly to give myself abilities like speaking Italian. If I can't write on myself, maybe I would pick Crazy Diamond.
If I had to invent one: 「Still the King」
It has the ability to reverse cause and consequence for events surrounding the user. In fighting terms, it would be producing the impact of a punch before throwing it or even being close to the point where it's going to land. However, once the consequence took place, the user has to then produce the cause. Keeping up with the punch example, the user has to go to the place where the punch landed, and throw a punch into the air. To physically symbolize it, in the case of a fist, the stand's fist would dissappear, and a shadow fist would appear in the place where the punch landed. Then the stand has to go and complete the action, before getting its fist back. If there's still a consequence happening without a cause, the stand can't use the power again, and if the cause becomes impossible to inflict (let's say, a building is demolished in the place you were suppossed to throw a punch), or the user decides to null the power, the consequence reverses like it never happened. However, I wouldn't use it to fight, but to pull shit like passing an exam and then studying for it during the next days.

I have the ability to selectively turn anything I touch or collides with me into pure energy, manifesting as a burst of heat, light or electricity from me as the object slowly vaporizes.
Doing this for sustained periods builds up heat in my body, which now has an innately high capacity for heat. In a charged state I radiate heat capable of incinerating most organic material, but overdoing it may cause me to start to melt.

Harvest so I can just travel around and collect dropped coins all day so I don't have to work. If each harvest collects at least $0.10, I'd get at least $50 each time I used Harvest (there are 500 Harvest).
I'd even develop a plan to go around my country so I visit each town and city every x amount of time so the coins accumulate, depending on how big the population is (I'd go to x city every week, while x town every few weeks). I'd buy a camper van and park around the place for a few hours at a time, sitting inside watching something or walking around, then park somewhere else. Stay in the location until Harvest aren't bringing back anything significant, then leave.
Do this until I have $50,000, then relax until I run out of money, then repeat. I'd need to activate harvest at least 1,000 times. But realistically, it would be only about 700 or so until $50,000. If I'm activating Harvest once an hour, it would only take about 44 days, which is about 12% of a year, or 6 weeks, to get $50,000.

The stand takes the appearance of a crash test dummy with wires coming out from where its arms and legs should be taking the form of those appendages, it also has a hole for a face and mainly floats alongside its user.
It causes misdirection, or rather it passively makes the user unable to be found by any means, if you put a tracker on him it would stop working or display a wrong result, even if someone knew where the user is they would get lost trying to find their way there.
It also has the ability to make attacks miss the user, a punch would hit the wall behind him, a bullet would ricochet in the ground or the gun would just fail.
However, if you have no real intent of finding him or hitting him 「Carousel」 would not work, it's also weak against AoE attacks, since they are not exactly aimed at the user.

Amorphous infinitely compressible 50kg piece of stand matter, looks metallic by default. Controllable up to 10m, maximum movement speed is as fast as the user can move a part of their body (the stronger and faster they get, the faster the stand can move, though moving it does not take more or less effort). Can form into any shape, retains the shape without effort, but resolution is limited by how well the user can visualize what they want it to be (i.e. to make a highly detailed 3D object would take many hours as the user would have to tweak every little bit of it, but once it was in that shape they could keep it that way). Being stand matter, it can't be damaged by any normal attacks. Can be stretched out to increase in size at a cost of density, or compressed for the reverse. If broken, can re-form itself.

Always liked suit stands and this is pretty much just white album but with lava/fire rather than ice. More of a focus on the user becoming the punch ghost rather than relying on ranged attacks but it is able to launch balls of lava short distances.

So he's a punchghost, but when he punches, he can also vibrate his fists so quickly that he can make sparks or even explosions come out of his fists when he punches. He can also use these reverberations to transfer explosive shockwaves through objects.
So sorry for my shitty drawing, but for example, he can send a punch through a wall and have it explode once it reaches the other side, but he can also send it through whatever he wants, like even though another person. He's kinda like Diver Down, except he can't store energy. He can only send it and have it explode once it travels through.
Also I think it would be cool for the design to have huge envelopes for shoulders.

Sphere releases the humanoid component and then surrounds the user. Humanoid component “matures” into an adult-like form that the user can not control. Ability: Body Part Growth
Takes the form of a doctor's mask and gloves on the wearer. Allows the user to grow any portion of the human anatomy attached to their body. Every body part grown tires the user some amount, scaling with the complexity of the structure. If removed from the user they function the same as any other amputated limb/eyeball/organ. The user can 'delete' these growths at will, but do not regain the energy expended growing them.
Growing something like an additional brain can backfire if the brain rebels against the user and attempts to take control of the person.

Inorganic? So does that mean I can morph like, the clothes I'm wearing but not my actual body? Now that I could see having some good uses, the stand has low power but the usage would come from transforming stuff, like gold experience but without it being sentient transformations.

A combat stand
The stand's main ability is giving it's user Quad stats and damage but it allows the stand user to physically touch stands and 2 stand abilities
>「Don't Stop Me Now」: The user is able to summon the combat form of 「Princes of the Universe」 but the user just loses half of the stand's power which is given to the combat form. After that the Stand user can summon two more combat stands but now the stand user and all 3 combat stands only get his base physical strength.
>「Under Pressure」: Requiem ability that gives the stand user and the three combat stands Quad stats and damage as if it were just the stand user fighting.
I don't know if anyone already used these abilities so if someone has then forget this post.
This stand was inspired by the idea of the stand user being more skilled than they are reliant on their stand. It requires for the user to be smart and be in a good/fit condition in order to give their stand power and to be skilled/smart as the ability is a no magic physical ability and would require the user to pool of some crazy Joseph Part 2 shit in order to win the fight.

Stand user can summon a big lamp that can provide light and warmth. Also can shoot a powerful ray of gamma radiation alongside with normal light. Basically a long distance ability, but can also be "destroyed" damaging the stand user and making huge fire in chosen place/direction.
It would be pretty hard to do something in closer distance, but it'd be very useful for a group as a sniper/distance fighter/backup. Also breaking the lamp could be used as a technique for running away from danger. The light from lamp can be controlled so it could easily blind enemies, but also user and allies. It can also manifest itself as humanoid form, but it would have been summoned only in necessity and it would loose all of its abilities.
Well it looks weird, effectively you can ignore the rules of momentum, so like you could be going full speed and instantly change direction without turning.
Hey actually with a gun you'd put emperor and mista to shame. Could you not make bullets ignore momentum to a sense that you could change their arc or direction they're firing instantaneously, or even change the direction people are facing if they're after you?

Another potential improvement is the user being able to choose what aspect of their friend's abilities get improved. The stand itself is capable of punchghosting, but nowhere near the same extent as Star Platinum, Crazy Diamond or The World, requiring it to be supported by its user.
