The scene of Mina asking if Kirishima is okay is removed entirely.
In the scene in the dorms when the Internship group comes back, when Kaminari teases Bakugou, Bakugou literally says "It's not like I care or anything, b-baka" with the two little lines of blush on his face.

which is supported by the old mog/bloodbourne edit he made
and with that people wondered why he was there since he was a mutant and the other size height mutants weren't added that were bigger than him
That line is already there with the "height gap" but another clarification sounds fine.
There was a seperate chart before Giga was added, it's this one but even then Miruko is there and yes, she's part mutant.
I'm putting an asterik next to her on the chart because in all the part edits in the archives she was always there as reference.
The chart I post will be both mutants and humans since that's a far compromise.
I'm not removing anyone size that'll cause mass butthurt, compromise is best in these situations

Problem is that we don't know how tall any of the Yakuza are, and Nemoto's hat is so damn big. If you assume the 'drunk' guy is an average height, then it still works out to be roughly 2.5m

Yeah, Fatgum has his height mentioned explicitly so this is the easiest comparison to make. They both look to stand at roughly the same height, with Rappa MAYBE just getting the edge over him since he appears to be standing at a greater angle
Because if you really wanted to go nuts, you could use this panel where twice gets brutally mogged in front of the Heroes

That's the tough thing when writing and drawing a manga, height consistency from pae to page and being on model.
I imagine Hori never meant to make Rappa as fucking huge as he did in that panel but he kinda had to when he made him the same sze as Fatgum who he went out of his way to show off was an absolute unit and specifiy his height in extra material
