I just finished the second season today. Aside from the rushed ending it was a very solid action series, it's nice we got into the action/plot pretty much right away and the plot progressed at a good speed. Nothing special but we don't get a lot of good, straightforward fantasy anime that aren't isekai anymore so it was pretty refreshing.

It wasn't a masterpiece, but it was well done.

I considered it but it had double sided pages. would've looked weird as a flip book and I had a specific number of pages. Not to mention it was hardcover with very stiff pages
