Great Sage initially just "hacked" the Voice of the World for 90 days when Rimuru first reincarnated and was hopping around blindly near Veldora and couldn't access the Great Sage for that time because he unintentionally ordered it to be his conversation partner, which the original setting for Great Sage was unsuited for. After the 90 days, as a side effect of tinkering with itself to be "more interactive", it started to develop it's own conciousness as well.
I hope that someday we'll get some so kind of side-story about Great Sage that tells us what exactly happened, escpacially since she has been doing some things behind Rimuru's back without telling him, although it's all for his own benefit in the end and even when Rimuru notices something suspicious, he just "pretends he didn't notice it", because he actually trusts Great Sage.

Ramiris came directly to them because Rimuru resisted all disorientation effects and has a mapping function through Great Sage. Also keep in mind that even if you're a "True Demon Lord", you might not be strong in a fight. It's not like a true demon lord would ever lose to a goblin but they could be still weaker than the current Tempest VIPs like Benimaru. Ramiris particularly doesn't have special abilities that focus on combat since all of her skills are specialized in her ability to create "dungeons". Inside her own dungeons she is pretty much invincible, but her overall combat power is really low. There's actually a massive difference in potential between the various "demon lords" in this series. For example Guy could solo kill all the other demon lords except for maybe Milim very easily if he wanted to.

I think you got confused yourself here. It's mostly due to how Eiyuu and Yuusha are translated, both which can technically be translated as "hero".
Eiyuu refers to people who are "warheroes" who became famous for their perfomance on the battlefied, or in a fantasy context for subjugating some legendary creature. Usual translations are: Champion/hero/Warhero.
Yuusha on the other hand refers to the "RPG Hero" who goes on quests and fights against the Demon Lord. Usual translations are: Hero/Brave/Saint.
In regards to the "power-up ritual" systems, both "saintly" (yuusha path) and "demonic" (maou path) systems have 3 stages, which are each equivalent to the the respective stage on the other end of the spectrum.
Saintly System: Hero Egg -> (True/Awakened) Hero -> Demi-God
Demonic System: Demon Lord Seed -> (True/Awakened) Demon Lord -> Great Demon Lord
I think at the "True Hero/True Demon Lord" stage, they alread gain an infinite lifespan. I suspect that Rimuru as a Slime probably already had an infinite lifespan to begin with since he is a pure magicule creature, even more so considering he has been "born" extremely close to Veldora, enough for him to "spawn" as an A-rank Slime. The fact that Milim views Rimuru as her Bestie so easily is likely because he can't just die of old age as well, else she would probably me more hesitant about it.

Rimiru is now a full fledged Demon Lord and is invited to a meeting, there he meets the others and has few confrontations. Clayman is mind controlling Milim and is being a top tier scumbag, Rimiru is tired of people's bullshit and nearly kills him, Milim admits she was just playing around because she wanted to see Rimiru mad.
Rimiru goes back to Tempest and begins to expand. Veldora breaks out of the jail finally and having gone through Rimiru's memories he is a full fledged neat. Rimiru builds a 100 floor dungeon home for Veldora, Veldora fills it with his power, becoming a natural dungeon with monsters spawning from his aura. He builds a Colosseum, invites people from all nations to watch a good old shounen tournament.

Having read a bunch of western self published shit, having the MC have sex is 9/10 awful. The best examples are when it happens once or is implied to have happened but doesn't affect the bulk of the story. Most of the time it degenerates into shit so fast, within like 10 pages the mc is getting his dick wet and they spend like 4 pages every other chapter for some poorly written sex scene. Very few people who actually write sex into their stories every do it in any bearable way and I'd rather just deal with convoluted reasons why they are not having sex.

The story in such a doujin would go something like this:
