You need to remember that konoichi had their own classes that were pretty much flower arrangement, tea ceremony, and flirting to get information. Because Sakura has a disproportionate amount of screentime compared to how useless she is. The other girls may be as weak as her, but they are barely featured in the story so it's understandable. Sakura spends all her screentime crying over Sasgay or being a cunt rather than training or improving herself and accomplishes nothing in the end.

Even kishimoto didn't put this much thought into Sakura. But I agree with
she needs to dump edge boy. She will still be nothing compared to fantastic mr. Fox. The power creep was too much. Although training with guy and lee will make her much more interesting of a character. Here is how i see it should have gone.

>doesn't train under tsunade.
>has an emotional moment about being a loser and not keeping up with naruto and sasuke with lee and guy.
>starts going training with lee and guy
> trains hard under guy
>guy teaches her some cool moves like 8gates
>starts wearing guy and lees clothes and gel
>kabuto appraches her as he sees potential in her and trains her in medical arts.
>she comes back to challenge naruto
> doesn't win but doesn't go down easy
> says she needs to train more to beat him
> naruto respects her.

This is fanfic-tier, but Sakura's 'training' going from near Kill Bill before swerving towards paying off Tsunade's outstanding debts would be hilarious. I approve of a Chun Li-looking Sakara anyhow, there's reason why the explanation for every physically strong female in the series is 'chakra' when there's plenty of muscular males running around
Sakura might've benifited from learning at least one technique or style from all the major encounters she was in, or at least considered what she saw and tried to apply it elsewhere, even if it's a poor attempt. Her role in the story could've been vastly improved if she 'hit the books' between every other major arc and, say, studied Sasori's poisons after she defeated him and had a slug summon utilize them or something

Honestly, the female caste of Naruto is honestly pretty modest as far as popular series go. They might be a cup size or two larger than average then a regular person, but the largest among the cast is introduced relatively early (Tsunade) and none of the main cast have a breast size that's particularly noteworthy unlike any of the series's original contemporaries.
