Even Yamcha stood together with his friends and fought for them and their futures together when the going got tough, in spite of his countless losses in life.
He just fucking bailed like a pussy and left his friends to die when it was finally time to make a moral choice. Such an unforgivable coward.
I really wish Araki had stuck to his guns and made Fugo fight Bruno's group, not because I hate the character and want him to die, but because I'd love the tragedy and drama.
Jace Nguyen
I'd like the traitor subplot but with Giorno 'retiring' Fugo instead of killing him
Ryder Perry
I just realized how perfect it would be with Bruno retiring Fugo Since only Bruno out of the whole group would stand a chance against the virus due to being undead
Brayden Adams
So, that's it? He just never shows up again? Not as an enemy, not as an ally, he just never appears in the story ever again?
Kayden Smith
>betray the mafia boss and fight his gang that rules italy with an iron fist for underage pussy Remember Fugo's IQ is 150
Jason Gutierrez
yes
Xavier Nelson
Fugo had 1 fight and is shown to be a massive bitch that has to be babysitted by Abbacchio and Giorno for the entire thing. Not sure why anyone would be surprised by his lack of balls after that.
Robert Rogers
coolest fucking stand though
Jackson Ortiz
But, why?
Oliver Butler
Canonically Fugo agrees with you
Ayden Bell
His character is all about learning to not make emotionall decisions that destroyed his life, then he sees all his friends do the same thing, he knows going against the boss is certain death based on any facts they all have access too, the only reason they stand a chance is because someone else comes in with a deus ex machina and still then it's a complete disaster for the gang. Fugo was absolutely right,
Luis Scott
He does show up, in two side stories, *SPOILERS* one is a canon retconning of events called Golden Heart, Golden ring which has Fugo actually fight the group with a few more assassins and then realize he can't betray them and kills the other assassins. the other is a post Part 5 lightnovel that is debated on canonical content, doesn't change anything during the part so it's harmless no matter your opinion, it shows a disgraced Fugo gain his cred back with the gang by doing a mission for Giorno given to him by Mista to take out stragglers who oppose him and where the unit that allowed Diavolo to have an iron grip on drug supplies and routes. He upgrades his stand into Purple Haze Distortion and is redeemed to a high status by Giorno. Both build on his character fantastically.
Lucas Perry
Joining Bruno in the first place was a nearly guaranteed death flag, yet he knew this and joined a mafia, there is literally no difference between his decision to join Passione over this decision to betray the boss with his friends, his life was ALWAYS in danger no matter what, what he did was cowardly and everyone knows it, even Fugo
Gavin Wilson
yamcha also died like a bitch, fugo was smart enough to know not to fight a losing battle for some uppity bitch who mogged him immediately.
Alexander Rogers
Why would he? The boss knows his loyalty is impacted by his friends leaving so he wouldn't be sent as an assassin, he just goes his own way until the non-canon purple haze feedback
Wyatt Martin
Yamcha had the resolve to fight against a greater force knowing he had very little chances of winning, and that makes his effort respectable, however Fugo survived but lived like a bitch and that's something that will never wear off, the fact that he wasn't there for his friends when they needed him will always come back to him, he'll forever live to suffer like a bitch from his actions. How is that any better?
I'm pretty sure all Bruno's gang did was work in a restaurant or some shit. The only dangerous thing they did was the escort mission.
Leo Cox
you know there's a spoiler tag right?
Easton Sullivan
No, they also fought other stand users in the past, i won't spoil it but we do see a flashback of fight that ocurred before Giorno joined in. being in a mafia group means that you will work in an enviroment full of dangerous people that will go against you if they want to, Fugo knew this, Bruno knew this too, which is why he told Narancia not to join him when he met him.
Logan Perry
>Yamcha had the resolve to fight against a greater force knowing he had very little chances of winning Yeah and then he died like a BITCH and got ignored by all of his friends from then on out. Fugo was smart enough to know a losing battle given how everyone in the gang save for mista and giorno dies anyways. It only makes sense that he'd be smart enough not to go full retard and betray an entire crime syndicate over some nobody who treated him like shit and almost got them killed multiple times.
Samuel Ortiz
I'd say it's baffling that there's still absolute newfags visiting Yea Forums instead of just Yea Forums, Yea Forums and /pol/ but christ, what a mess this is
Cameron Mitchell
Giorno was the one who was supposed to kill him, though. You can see the remnants of this with him obtaining an immunity to the virus after Man in the Mirror.
Helping people that you care about even if it means having to put yourself aside is always a respectable thing, it didn't matter that Yamcha died, it mattered that he tried in the first place. >got ignored by all of his friends from then on out. it's not yamcha's fault that goku is a literal 0 iq retard
>Fugo was smart enough to know a losing battle was it really a losing battle? if he had payed attention he would have noticed that thanks to Giorno and Bruno's broken stands and insane wits they managed to outsmart the boss and escape from him, given proper preparation they could have very well tried again and win alongside the help of the rest of his friends, but no, he decided to think about the situation as negatively as possible and all of the ways his life could be in danger from doing this, meanwhile Mista, Narancia, and Abbachio recognized the value in Bruno's plan and joined him on his journey.
>betray an entire crime syndicate over some nobody who treated him like shit and almost got them killed multiple times.
user...it was never about Trish, it was always about the boss, even since the beginning, Bruno's plan was always to figure out the boss's identity
Jose Campbell
pretty sure the virus would work againt Bruno too, it would decay his body even faster making him unable to move
Leo Turner
Joining the gang was nowhere near as dangerous and going against the gang and you know that, there are several old gangsters but noone survived going against the boss. He was absolutely correct that is was a hopeless fight, without Polnareff and his magic the gang was absolutely undoubtedly fucked and would have died to King Crimson
Elijah Ramirez
>user...it was never about Trish, it was always about the boss, even since the beginning, Bruno's plan was always to figure out the boss's identity And that's not what Bruno said. Not only did he not fully explain, but if anything it was a betrayal of the others to hide his original intentions from them when it could have easily put them all at risk of getting killed by the paranoid boss. He deceived them all into risking their lives for something they didn't really believe in, which is why Bruno gave them the option to bail and didn't blame them for it.
Jack Young
Yamcha's still a fucking bitch though who got ditched by all his friends AND his girlfriend after he died. Fugo knew for a fact that challenging the boss over nothing was retarded as they'd already struggled before this point, why would he ever risk it knowing that now they're full on traitors being hunted by the top assassins? >user...it was never about Trish, it was always about the boss, even since the beginning, Bruno's plan was always to figure out the boss's identity That's Bruno's secret plan you dumb cunt, Fugo's idea of the plan was "deliver Trish to the boss and we all enjoy our riches" all of a sudden everyone is betraying the boss over literally nothing to stand on, it only makes sense that he wouldn't do that as it's idiotic and he'd make off far better otherwise.
Nicholas Roberts
Has Araki ever stated who is his favorite part 5 character?
Justin Cooper
>if he had payed attention he would have noticed that thanks to Giorno and Bruno's broken stands and insane wits they managed to outsmart the boss and escape from him He paid enough attention to notice that it took two broken stands to barely get the fuck out of the church, and one of them sustained grave injuries anyway. Then there's the rest of Passione, elite guard squad, and whatever else Boss has to thrown at them. His judgement was pretty accurate on that part. >it was always about the boss, even since the beginning For Bruno and Giorno, sure. They never filled out the rest of the gang on that until this exact moment on the pierce.
Nicholas Roberts
I think a better use for him would be him just getting donutted in the distance when narancia came on the boat, just to show how strong the boss was
>And that's not what Bruno said. read between the lines, he was upset because the boss's values confirmed to him that the organization he worked for went against his morals, he wanted to know more about the boss to understand the organization, clear his doubts, and if it happened to be the case that the boss was a piece of shit he would try to defeat him > He deceived them all into risking their lives for something they didn't really believe in this is true, but he didn't deceive them, he was clear about his intentions, which is why i still find it hard to blame Fugo, i wanted him to share his resolve with bruno's, but i can't really be mad he didn't
Colton Price
I see, thanks. Good taste, Giorno aside.
Asher Gonzalez
it's probably bruno, he draws him a lot, he recently drew a life-sized painting of him for his most recent exhibition in sendai
Ryder Jenkins
i still don't get why he likes Josuke so much, really bland character
Xavier Morris
Giorno must have been fun to write at least because Araki had genuine free control over what he could do with the character given how vague and bullshit GE/GER is.
Caleb Jones
He said he wrote Josuke like a friend
Logan Sanders
Josuke is a even more autistic Joseph, and that's cool.
josuke is a really good friend >protects you with crazy diamond >helps you get rich with his shady schemes >covers your ass to save you from the crazy bitch that has a crush on you >has a hot mom >burns the house of whoever you don't like >doesn't steal and has dignity >can give you tips on your hairstyle >can reach the highest parts of a shelf to get stuff for you
Lincoln Morgan
I agree, look at Narancia and Abbacchio, they're examplar of courage, they'll go far and bathe in glory for sure.
Connor Rodriguez
Any long range stand can easily kill him. What do you think he didn't do shit for most of the fights.
Brandon Cox
>THAT WOUND ON TRISH IS MY OWN Based Narancia
Levi Powell
I think that's what killed me the most, is that his stand would just be put on the back burner, when we only got to see it once, and it seemed really cool.
Parker Johnson
Reminder that most of Bruno's boys would decimate Fugo. La Squadra too.
William Roberts
post yfw Mista is his 4th favorite from Vento Aureo
Honestly like their characters the best, I don't care for Bruno or Mista as hes an asshole and I know that Giorno will survive because they never kill off an MC but at least Abbachio is strong about his convictions and Narancia is innocent, trish I could care less about and will probably die for a plot twist
Camden Robinson
Trish doesn't die
Dominic White
Is protecting another man's daughter the ultimate cuckoldry?
I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are risking life and limb to feeding, clothing, raising and guarding a girl for years solely so she can go and get ravaged by another man. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little girl - reading her stories at bedtime, making her go to sports practice, making sure she had a healthy diet, educating her, playing with her. All of it has one simple result: her body is more enjoyable for the men that will eventually screw her in every hole.
Raised the perfect girl? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a random man who had nothing to do with the way she grew up, who marries her. He gets to screw her in her sweet vagina every single night. He gets the benefits of her kind and sweet personality that came from the way you raised her.
You are LITERALLY dedicating multiple life-threatening YEARS of your life simply to raise a girl for another man to enjoy. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck. Think about it logically.
He doesn't care about his friends all he cares about is money, every fight he's been in he's gotten shot up and acted dangerous, I actually hope he doesn't survive because I've heard they kill off some main characters His son lives on to be Jotaro and he's part Dio I thought so it doesn't really count.
Tyler Wright
golden heart doesn't recton anything
Anthony Myers
> who got ditched by all his friends Unless you go by memes like TFS, this is blatantly false. > AND his girlfriend Bulma is a fucking whore, he dodged a fucking bullet there. Yamcha has a successful baseball career, is rich and probably fucks qts on a daily basis. Fugo is a bitch, who only stays alive after Part 5 due to Giorno's mercy, forever feeling guilt over his betrayal.
Okay, so where am I supposed to discuss it then, I already know someone dies, I just avoid spoilers when I read these because most people tag it, I'm not going to fucking reddit
Andrew Johnson
What kind of music should Trish like for Fugo to not bail?
Josiah Powell
Yamcha please, you're already rich from baseball, don't be so upset that your entire friend circle abandoned you. Meanwhile Fugo is prospering in the mafia as he isn't a traitorous fuck being hunted by people who would absolutely destroy everyone who the gang has faced prior to the betrayal.
Dominic Torres
Imagine if JoJo had dragonballs to revive the dead?
>a literal 16 year old acts as one would expect one to in the face of almost certain death in the face of the organization that protected him for years >"haha... pussy bitch..."
Jacob Watson
Holy shit narancia is lterally telling us ''please dick me down and treat me like a whore'' in this pic
His stand is so uncreative, it would belong more in part 3.
Henry Cruz
If I did that we'd hit the image limit
Julian Cook
Fugo was right to leave
Samuel Martinez
WAIT, Abbacchio died still hating Giorno? He never gained his respect or at least tolereance?
Kayden Hughes
Based Abba, i hate Giorno too, worst JoJo.
Nathan Butler
He died putting his faith in Giorno because only Gold Experience could uncover his message.
Anthony Anderson
Theory: Fugo died shortly after leaving the gang, Diavolo killed him still believing he was part of Bruno's team.
Anthony Howard
Even though Josuke might be my least favorite Jojo, you can tell he acts like Araki the most if you ever watch Araki's interviews.
Jaxson Jenkins
Anti thesis: Diavolo clearly stated in his orders that the traitors were Giorno and Bruno, he didn't say anything about the others.
Diavolo is paranoid and extremely harsh in his punishments, but he's also surprisingly merciful, he gives people plenty of chances of backing off from pissing him off and killing them is always pretty much his last resort.
Justin Rogers
>both Squalo and Tiziano die without accomplishing anything >they got killed by only 1 member of Bruno's Gang
So.. this is the power of the Guard Squad...
Asher Flores
>"Elite Guard Squad" >jobs to entire former rookie traitor team without killing anyone
Diavolo has to do everything around here
Ayden Gonzalez
His guard squad basically just helped him stall for time so he could head out himself
Tyler Reyes
>the boss is psycho enough to murder his own daughter I dont get why the boss let him live by his nature he would have kill him right away hes part of the entire team that betray him The boss is a huge schizo
He didn't kill the entire La Squadra. There's already a precedent for this. Fugo won't be killed since the boss only considered Bruno and Giorno as the traitors and anyone else that's still hanging out with them.
Matthew Clark
Mr. Satan is #2, canonically Dr. Briefs' family are the richest people on earth.
Carson Myers
>No, they also fought other stand users in the past, i won't spoil it but we do see a flashback of fight that ocurred before Giorno joined in. They didn’t go into that knowing that the guy had a stand.
Charles Scott
>doesn't steal >literally defrauds the lottery and beats up a child to do so
>has dignity >"Josuke, you're crazy! Where'd all your dignity and pride go!"
Jack Thomas
You might even call him a 21st century schizoid man.
if Josuke was sent to prison would Jotaro pull some strings and bail him out?
Christian Cox
Get the fuck over it faggot, you've had 20+ years to come to terms with Fugo leaving, you fucking secondary.
Jaxon Baker
Araki forgot.
Angel Thomas
>beat up a child Shigechi was initially extremely greedy, and even then, Josuke accepted the fact that he could have the half of what they got.
Then, Shigechi was wiling to kill both Josuke and Okuyasu for the entire money. For some reason, a lot of spics don't understand this and believe that Josuke is a child abuser.
Connor Cook
>Following a dead man who lied to you about his intentions on a suicidal quest to save a girl you don't know Fugo did nothing wrong
Parker James
>oh no the boss who's paranoid enough to kill anyone even his own daughter to protect himself wants to kill my entire team >Oh snap! I know what to do if i dont betray him like the rest he'll let me live and walk away with no harm! 10/10 writing high IQ my ass
Why did fugo even stay on the island anyway knowing an angry insane mob boss was there with him too
Carter White
Bruno and pals took the only boat
Wyatt Gonzalez
The mob boss would see that he intentionally distanced himself from traitors and spare him.
Xavier Williams
>wants to kill my entire team He didn't want to kill the entire team yet, he wanted to kill Giorno and Bruno.
Hunter Jenkins
Abbachio gets on the boat out of his loyalty to Bruno, who had given him someone to believe in. Mista gets on the boat because he likes Giorno and believes that his good fortune is tied to him. Narancia gets on the boat because he sympathized with Trish, since they had both been abused and betrayed by people close to them. He had wanted to join before, but empathizing with Trish gave him the courage to take the plunge.
That being said, I don't think that Giorno and Bruno thought too badly of Fugo for staying behind, they did say that it was essentially a suicide mission and considering that King Crimson kills half the gang they were right.
Michael Rivera
The boss did absolutely nothing wrong. Bruno was retarded and shoudlve minded his own damn business.
How did he get off the island? Did he have to swim?
Adam Myers
Everyone but Mista Trish and Giorno dies, Jotaro and his daughter die in part 6. Read the manga you secondary.
Anthony Anderson
False, Araki originally planned for Fugo to return as the traitor to the gang but he couldn't bring himself to do it so he just left him out of the story
Austin Perez
Would you pay $20 to be killed by Gold Experience Requiem?
>after Giorno became boss, Fugo was aware who died and who survived >he didn't bother to meet the survivors of course >but he went visiting Narancia's grave >Fugo stood in front of the tomb motionless >suddenly Mista appeared behind him >Fugo was shocked >he tried his best to remain calm but failed to stop his sweat >a few moments of silence later, Fugo heard the sound of Mista finger snapping >torture dance song started playing >Mista started dancing >Fugo's body trembled, then he joined the dance as well >as Fugo danced, stream of tears rolled down his cheeks This is how I imagine what happened after the end of VA.
Lol dumdum nigger. Mista cares he just acts like a dummy for funsies. Part 5 becomes a porn because they gang bang trish with their big uncircumcised smegma PPs
Isaiah Morgan
>His son lives on to be Jotaro ??? ....
>and he's part Dio I thought so it doesn't really count. DIO took over his body, but the person known as Jonathan Joestar died right there in the ship. Stop being retarded.
Gabriel Stewart
>Fugo died He didn't. Purple Haze Feedback, my dude.
Thomas Cooper
See: He does count, you ginormous retard. Jonathan died, deal with it.
William Myers
samefag in denial
Jeremiah Wilson
>Araki never killed an MC >He did >L-LOL YOU'RE IN DENIAL!! The only one in denial here is you, dumbass.
he was associated with the traitor and diavolo is a paranoid man. he would've killed all 6 of them in the church if he had the chance
Jaxson Rivera
Kakyoin had more personality than half of the main characters in part 5. His backstory came at the very end, and you understood what kind of a guy he was through his interactions with other characters. He was quiet, polite, and had the best handle on how to use stands creatively in the cast. He was intelligent and relatively responsible, but kind of an odd guy under the politeness. He was a good foil for Joseph, Jotaro and Polnareff but wouldn't work well with Iggy or Avdol who had a similar role to him. It was absolutely no surprise to learn that he was a desperate autist at the end of the part.
By contrast, la squadra has been more likeable than several of the actual protagonists of part 5. Araki has to literally show you all of their childhoods ahead of time in order for any of their fights to have weight, and it still fails. Narancia yelling in the water about how Trish is like him doesn't make you feel anything, and he's one of the better characters. Imagine caring about Abbachio or Fugo dying.
Ryder Jenkins
Based SCchad
Matthew Clark
Honestly though, why would you throw your life away for a random thot?
