When I first watched Accel World, it was the first time I saw a 2D girl as a perfection unattainable by mortal 3Ds. Even though it has a garbage MC, I watched the show only for KuriYukiHime. I have read upto volume 13 of the light novel(it's boring) just for KuriYukiHime. It disgusts me that she is designated as a love interest for a pigs harem instead as a queen and only love interest. Unless Haruyuki becomes /fit/ or KuriYukiHime ends up with another guy, I am going to drop this novel. Also, I don't have a second waifu (as of yet). She was responsible for my long black hair fetish.

Accel World was made purely as a commercial for the LN and ASCII still haven't given The Irregular at Magic High School a season 2 after 5 fucking years either. Instead of working effectively with anime studios to produce results of mutual benefit, shitty publishers like them and Kadokawa abuse this medium. They aren't interested in making good quality anime, just maximising their own profits.

In an ideal world Anime Studios and Publishers would work harmoniously, in a way that complements each-others businesses. Kyoto Animation are able to accomplish this by self publishing, they own the IPs so that if a show does well enough it's guaranteed a sequel.(like Chunibyou)
