As I said, anime violet and novel violet are not the same. They left out major parts of the novel lore that hints to her being a sort of deity. The things violet does in the novel are on a whole different level of chuuni shit, the only aspect they kept was her inhuman strength, but that was probably just because they wanted to make more cinematic action sequences. And I don't know if you're trying to defend the show or not, since it's not really a good thing when we as an audience need to read the novel to understand parts of the anime, as it should stand on its own.
