I like to think she got nervous as soon as she got really close to his face and all the quints seem quite a bit shorter than Fuutarou. She then tried her hardest to reach for that kiss and then fell over. And with how embarrassing of a kiss that would be she wouldn't be prideful in it.
In the long run, though Negi could do whatever the fuck he wants and make any quint the kisser for the sake of it and then use some overlooked detail to explain it.

You are confusing who got called out to. Raiha called out to Fuutarou telling him he should hurry up while he kept mumbling to himself. Then, as he was standing there, the kisser ran up to him, fell and kissed him and then ran off immediately after.

Nino is an extremely prideful person. If she took pride in that falling down kiss with Fuutarou she would definitely be boasting it, but you have to remember how romanticized Nino's ideas of romance are.
She has ideas of white knights on horses and beautiful castles and all these picaresque ideas when it comes to love. I imagine for her a first kiss where she falls down and accidentally locks lips with the man she loves is not something she would be happy about.

This. I like Itsuki and think she goes well with Fuutarou, but I can't really see any reason for her to kiss him just yet. It's easy to see her having a small crush on him already but not to the extent that she'd smack one on him like that accident or not.

Ichika and Nino would hammer the fact to fuutarou, they're way too conscious of the competition to allow themselves the luxury to not use that card. Also Ichika doens't have the courage to do it in the first place.

Miku, I can't rule it out completely, while fuutarou finding her could have given her the courage to do it, it may also gave her enough satisfaction to lay low for now.

Yotsuba absolutely doesn't have the guts to do it.

Now Itsuki could have done it, but not for the expected reasons. At this point, it's highly unlikely that she has any romantic feelings for fuutarou, and if she does, she hasn't realized it yet. In Itsuki's case, her actions need to be justified by something that hasn't been revealed yet, something that would give her enough courage to try to kiss a boy she doesn't like romantically.

This is just my take here, Negi is using Itsuki's image to mislead but the twist is that there's no disguise, it's actually Itsuki. Also this scene wouldn't involve people that are in love at all, yet act as a the trigger that will eventually lead to them falling in love with each other.

Miku had a nice conclusion to her arc the chapter prior of 68 and while she does show moments of courage, I'd her to literally combust on the spot if she did kiss him.
Nino would be the quint with the highest chances but I'd expect some sort or clue l from her. For example is chapter 71 she thought to herself that she "should" still be the one in the lead. Somehow that felt as if she was talking about the confession only. But that might just be me.
Yotsuba is the dark horse here
Itsuki has been keeping secrets apperently since then and also confirmed in the last chapter. It sounded quite serious what she wanted to talk about.

I think the author wouldn't give us any hint of the kisser in any quint monolog but for Nino she already suspected being the kisser by fuutarou when he is checking her lips and said "it can't be...". technically same way how he is suspecting Yotsuba as Lolikano.

In chapter 71 there is her monolog saying that she doesn't show fuutarou any her shameful side. If she think the accidental kiss as one of her shameful thing, she wouldn't want to admit it to him.

Some quints had valid reasons that would make them seem more likely to be the kisser (Ichika,Nino,Miku), but there is no proof that it couldn't have been the others, no matter how wrong it would feel.

I don't see any real reason for her not to be the kisser. The same can be said for Ichika and Nino. Yotsuba is wild card and can't be judged properly. For Itsuki there are a ton of reasons why she can't be the kisser, at least with the info we got until this point of the story.
