I haven't watched JoJo and know nothing about it but I see it being memed everywhere.
If I do decide to watch it, what order should I watch the seasons in? I found out they weren't released in proper order.

>they weren't released in proper order
Yes they were. The 2012 anime by David Productions is doing the whole thing in order, up to the middle of Part 5 so far.
they were released in order faggy. Start at s1 e1. Please dont bother responding, any anons reading this.
JoJo's has a set and defined order and anyone who tells you otherwise is a fucking shill
Phantom Blood, Battle Tendency, Stardust Crusaders, Diamond is Unbreakable, Vento Aureo, Stone Ocean, Steel Ball Run, Jojolion
Also, read the manga
>I found out they weren't released in proper order.
Retard.
Just watch Battle Tendency and Stardust Crusader and then wait until part 6/7 got adapted, or just read the mango.
It's literally worthless to watch either of these without watching Phantom Blood
Yeah, just start a series at episode 10
Do not skip parts.
Read the manga.
I was referring to the OVA's as well. Should I just not watch those?
Do whatever the fuck you want, you think I care?
Start with Part 2, read the manga for part 1, watch the anime for part 4, go back to reading the manga for part 3 and then continue watching the current anime for Part 5.
jojo 2012
part 2 anime*
the OVAs are for part 3. Just start with the 2012 anime and you'll figure it out from there.
the ovas are far part 3 and are old as shit. you can just ignore them because the anime covers all of part 3 and started at part 1.
>read the manga
You niggers are seriously recommending this with Araki's rough older style and writing? The David Pro anime is 100% better for the early parts, including Stardust Crusaders.
They're better than the anime's version since the animation quality is higher, and the pacing is smoother. But they change some things and are incomplete.
Nobody would fault you watching the OVA instead of the anime's Stardust Crusaders, except that you don't get the superior Dio voice.
Just start by reading the manga and watch the anime after each manga part you finish. I recommend reading the manga before watching the ep so you get extra hyped. Just watch normally from 1-5 and dont listen to any of the retards here who think reading/watching in the incorrect order is intelligent. The upside to the adaptation is they often improve on some things and make it better, but sometimes the manga can be better.
I can't read the manga if its not in color. The colors in JoJo are fucking gorgeous
What the fuck?
Why would you watch the OVA when it cuts out about 80% of the characters and removes almost all the humor
falseflag thread by discord trannies
The only strange thing in the order of the 2012 TV show is that the season 1 has 2 parts combined and that the Part 3 is divided in 2 season (2 and three)
Lmao no I just never watched Jojo.
I'm not really all that big into anime. I probably watched about 5 anime shows in total.
