It's 3 minute episodes so you could watch everything that's out in about the same amount of time as 1 normal episode, although you'd probably know whether to drop it or not within 10 min.

I wouldn't really call it good, but it's got an interesting artstyle and the episodes are short. If you've ever watched Teekyuu, it's kind of like that, but without as much absurd comedy.
Watch a few episodes and find out if you want to waste a few more minutes on it.
