Pretty much. For all people were complaining last chapter about Chisaki forgetting and jumping to the conclusion that it was to entirely reset the status quo, that "almost everything" has worked out to:
-Chisaki explained important events in the dream to Yuuna before forgetting them over night. So she learns of them second hand instead of remembering them like she lived them.
-Chisaki is still feeling some of the emotional toll. She doesn't directly remember why, so it isn't as bad as it would have been, but she still feels down.
-It helps give Chisaki enough incentive to push forward and get on the same first name basis with Kogarashi as the other girls at the inn.
Sounds like a cop out.
It would have been bad writing to randomly turn Chisaki into a crippled emotional wreck who likely would never again be sure if she was dreaming or awake. I'd say this is about the right level of consequence for the low level of build up that Chisaki getting stuck in the dream had.

Assuming this is the last chapter of the school trip and he doesn't do one more as a wrap up/epilogue, I wonder if the next chapter would be another Halloween chapter. The trip is supposed to be in October, the author did a Halloween chapter for the first year, and we've added some characters since then.

Nah, they dealt with him while Chisaki was still in the dream, and shattered the sealing crystal. Hence the last panel on the page on the right He might try something in the future, but he'll have to come up with a different plan.
