momoya's plan was indeed to talk to his old friend once again, but not because of feels- it's because oida has the last piece of sensei's dimension-destroying doomsday machine. either the machine exists to get him money or the money was to fund building the machine (which means Yurio paying him brought the Earth one step closer to destruction). that's right, sensei is actually the one responsible for the upcoming apocalypse. the sphinxes are a red herring.

There's nothing really new for relationships this episode other than learning Shiro's family name, Oide.
Oide doesn't contain the kanji from any color right? Last thread people were wondering why there was 2 shiros, but since they use the family names for colors then it would have to be from Oide for him.
