The first anime PV Didn't care for the seiyuu stuff until halfway through S1 when I stumble upon Hasshi's Ichiban No Takaramono cover on youtube Now I've fallen so deep I actually spent money for fucking mobage gacha for the first time on bandori, and actually started buying CDs too
I discovered Roselia through Akesaka Satomi's twitter RIP and started listening to their music without actually knowing what Bandori was.
A couple of months later I installed the game (JP version, this was in 2017) on user's recommendation, realized that Roselia was part of it and got a little excited. Then I watched footage of their first live appearance and I was hooked, been a fan of both the band and Bandori in general ever since and even got into playing electric guitar.
People may prefer Roselia but Poppin Party will always be my band. My band since 2015 which filled the void left by K-On.
Bang Dream sure has expanded and changed. Gone through three different styles from Xebec to 3d. A world where Aya probably would have got molested by a Producer to a world where the worst that can happen is teased and molested by Chisato and Hina.
Blue is the colour of Lancers/Supporters/Person you are most likely to be hard gay for. That's what shounen told me.
Adam Barnes
Also Happy Birthday Kaoru.
Hanguk friends did not bake cake for you today.
Thomas Harris
It's the first time I know that the Anniversary for the whole project is 2/28. I don't remember they mention about this last year. And I thought it was january when the first chapter of the manga out that count as the anniversary day, but apparently not.
>A world where Aya probably would have got molested by a Producer to a world where the worst that can happen is teased and molested by Chisato and Hina. They're all idols. The worst they could have gone through is still the same: being dicked in every hole by the executives.
Jayden Clark
That's what I would have thought as well. Seems to make more sense that you would mark the anniversary on the release of first ever official media but apparently Bandori wanted to do something different.
Emperor Kidaani's plans are mysterious.
Brody Cook
In the new world they'd only get strap ons from other women.
Isaiah Perry
From One Band to 7, including the Boys.
From Tokyo to Hakodate.
From Japan across the East China Sea to China, cross the South Shiina Sea to Australia and cross the expanse to the Americas.
Bandori was so small Aimi actually made the first live (of the first version) poster herself They went from performing in 300 capacity venue to 36000 capacity dome in may
That's amazing. I don't think anyone could've imagined that it'd grow from such humble beginnings to the franchise it is today.
Josiah Wilson
>Kou it's not nakamura?
Dominic Reyes
Imagine being one of the Original 300 Fans.
Well at least I can say I am one of the Original Fans of the new Boy Side.
Noah James
My bad. But yes it's Kou.
Adam Turner
I saw my crush playing it while she was waiting for class in uni. I have a thing for rhythm games so I tried it out and I had a ton of fun. Her favorite is Rimi and Kokoro, although she doesn't play anymore. She got bride Rimi at least.
Isaac Fisher
>Emperor Kidaani's plans are mysterious. He's a madman He went with Craft Egg for developing the game despite they only made one game and failed But it becomes the turning point of the project
Angel Reyes
Illustrator of the recently ended Bang Dream manga.
They actually handrawn the tickets for the first four lives too (not my pic) And gaveaway demo CDs like how RAS and Argonavis did it All 3 of them also performed in the same venue for the first live
Kasumi, Arisa, Saaya, Rimi all got special anniversary art but no Otae I guess this is a hint that Otae will finally leave Popipa for good in this episode
Is BanG Dream even that popular? Sure their singles are selling well now but it really seems to be mainly Roselia and PoPiPa that have a large fanbase over there. I've been lurking Japanese sites as well and they don't really discuss Bandori that often, plus the seiyuu involved don't seem to be too popular over there (even Aimi).
My guess is that part of that might be due to demographics, I've gotten the impression that many Japanese fans are middle and high school students rather than your usual anime otaku.
Sebastian Lee
Shiroi Hakuto. The mangaka of Yonkoma Bang Dream.
LL Fans may remember her for her TsubaHono doujinshis. On the other side Aya Ishida went on to illustrate 1koma for LL PDP.
This sure looks like some Watashitachi no omoi ga Atsumareba Nantoka naru kamo
They don't whore them out as much as idolm@ster or Love Live. And of the 6 bands, only 3 can perform with their instruments, limiting the choices for performances, as they need a back-up band for the vocalist of the other 3 bands.
Owen White
Maseiya Miyaji. Character Designer for Garupa Pico.
few hours after roselia announced the fujiq land live all the affordable hotels near fujiq which is a pretty remote area are fully booked for the live days only the luxury ones left dunno how popular but they seem have a good amount of core fans at least yep this, some user on /vg/ posted youtube viewer stats back then and its mostly young people, from both genders which probably why bandori sponsors the biggest annual highschool light music contest last year now they even add student price tickets for the upcoming lives from what I see LL seem to be more popular to university students and above
Ryder Lopez
How big would Yurika be right now if she didn't retire?

I think we can all agree that Tae is the worst popipa.
Ryder Gutierrez
Well duh, she's the best RAS.
Leo Nelson
It felt like your wife has met her ex-bf and has stopped saying that she loves you ever since
Cameron Martinez
Anime season 1. and then the weiss schwarz cardgame set and pico shorts solidify it.
Robert Stewart
It was because of the game covers that I started playing it, then I watched season 1 and read all band stories and now I'm still here because of the "lore"
Julian Nguyen
I really don't know if I would be able to keep with the series if the girls kept their traumas from the prototype
Aaron Martin
And just to rub more salt in the wound, she's fucking his friends.
>Why are all the lead guitar, except kaoru, use blue guitar? I find it funny that all blue colors fit their characters: Tae and Moca are blue to balance with their vocalists red Sayo is a dark blue fitting for her character, serious and a little isolated. And Hina mirrors her with her own light blue, wanting to be like her sister while being much more energetic.
Cooper Murphy
Muscled through Season 1 cause I just finished K-On and figured a Diet version might fill the gap in my soul. Had no clue about the game till WW Now it's consumed me and my Sayo guitar came in the mail last week
Hope you do know how to play guitar. Thanks to the game event stories I did buy my own cheap eletric guitar and now I'm starting to learn the ropes! Can't even play kira kira like Kasumi yet.
Evan Evans
Saw an ad while playing a mobile game, gave it a try then started to watch S1 after hearing Kasumi's voice.
Jaxson Jones
My cute little baka Ako.
Easton Parker
Why do their belly buttons look like that? Even with a little bit of body fat that's really weird.
Jackson Allen
I saw the game's logo plastered all around New Japan Pro Wrestling, and then this:
I picked S1 up because I like trying almost everything out at the start of a season, and I enjoyed it. Never been into mobage though so I haven't cared much more about the series until this S2, which I'm also enjoying. Also, Arisa is literally perfect.
Ethan Ortiz
O MY NO TAXI IN THE AREA
Asher Foster
I'm a guitarist who just happens to like cute girls doing cute things with instruments, except for K-On, that shit's for retards. I quickly got out of this shit with s2.
I don't understand how anyone can willingly watch this cell shaded shit.
Christopher Campbell
I can't believe they suddenly made Tae into the worst girl. Kasumi has spent the entire series trying to impress Yukina, only for that autist to fuck everything up and make her look the fool.
Caleb Bennett
What's the alternative? Not watch and read a episode blog?
I'm starting to belive that guitar finish affects your tone Thanks Bandori I guess I will be getting blue guitar next
Lincoln Scott
Good choice!
Andrew Watson
Unironically S1 have the best audio despite the awful quality visually
Michael Baker
Lay looks really perceptive, I guess she will tell Otae to go to Popipa. I just hope she makes a new promise of making a band with Otae someday in the future.
Nah she's simply helping out another band which some people see as treason. It's interesting because Tae's seiyuu performed at RAS' first live as a guest guitarist before Rokka was introduced. The shit talkers are retarded for not having seen this coming from a mile away. Tae helping RAS is canon of the highest order.
Juan Gray
She is shit for not talking to at least Rei about the upcoming Popipa live. She should've relayed it to Chuchu. But the top asshole is Saaya, who kept silent despite well aware a shit is incoming.
Elijah Reed
Thanks to my wife Chisato.
Christopher Taylor
I'll be honest, I haven't watched the latest episode yet. From last week's preview I was expecting her to explain the situation and the drama is that she cut it too close and missed the live. If she didn't sound off anything at all to anyone that's a stupid move. If it's as you say, which is probably true, then I stand corrected.
I'll watch it when I get back home.
Aaron Jenkins
I actually did not know that and this translation in the show is really cool!
Blake Allen
Nobody is gonna mention the fact that Yukina gave the letter content back but the cat looking envelope she took for herself?
Tae should've explained it herself and been aware that this was a possibility. That makes her the top asshole, not Saaya. Saaya definitely could've said something but the main responsibility lies with Tae because these were her actions and decisions that put them into that situation.
If we want to play the blame game we can put Kasumi at fault here. They all knew things could go wrong but Kasumi being the "everything is fine" protagonist just made everybody forget about it instead of talking with each other like they were holding.
Nolan Nelson
Tae overestimated herself. THe whole band is at fault except Rimirin. Kasumi shouldn't have over booked things and been so cool with her guitarist playing 2 shows on the same day, Tae should have put Popipa over an encore for a band she is only playing support, Saaya should have spoke up, Arisa should have spoke up about how Kasumi is trying to do to many things at once.
Anthony Robinson
I blame Rimi. She could've said something, but was busy thinking about choco coronets.
Anthony Jackson
The 2 lives were hard but doable, tae made it extra hard on herself by going to ras. It’s all her fault for not talking to layer or leaving after the 1st or 2nd encore.
Colton Johnson
She's the band's pet, you can't expect her to do anything!
Andrew Lopez
Arisa already did her part Tae and Kasumi are simply idiots Saaya and Rimi are fucking pussy
