You can't have all female VA's dubbing anime shows in the west. As much as SJW/Feminist would love for that to become a reality. This could be Funimation squeezing out as much as they can royalty-wise. If that's the case, then it's an indicator that they won't use their lawyers to represent the VAs and roundabout telling the VAs to save and lawyer up. They will be considered independent actors and very, very screwed as they will have to hire in some $400+/hr lawyer just to handle the disposition interview for 3+ hours.
