What I meant by that is that Ishi's "heart" (not the key chain) technically belongs to Senpai, but she has yet to claim it. Iino can attempt to steal Ishi's "heart" before the deadline is over and he's fair game. I can't see her just sitting there and waiting for 3 months, especially since she doesn't know about the deadline and with all the potential revelations of them looking out for eachother for years on the horizon.

Whether or not Senpai is going to do anything about this early remains to be seen.

No, that's a "What if" type scenario, which he has been doing a lot lately.

There is a few reasons why she doesn't have many interactions with Prez and Kaguya. First she's only been here for two months in universe so she doesn't know them much and had a terrible opinion of them at first which didn't help. She didn't have a lot of screentime too : the entire student council was split up during the last 20 chapters so they couldn't interact much, and there is far more side characters than before since her introduction so she also had way less screentime overall that any of the council member before her introduction. Most of all, Miko is a character who needs to grow up before being able to fit with the student council. And more that the "love triangle" people are being forcing lately, this is what the next arc will focus on. I also wish she interacted more with them but saying her character is bad because she doesn't right now is just lacking objectivity. By the way, Hayasaka is considered by Aka as a main character too based on the introductions in the volumes and how she's also the only non council member to have a detailed description, yet nobody is bothered that she never interacts with Ishigami and Miko (and barely with Prez and Fujiwara).

Tsubame is a boring character and the whole "otaku loser (like you) has a chance with the beautiful, popular girl that every guy wants" makes me roll my eyes. The change in Kaguya and Ishigami's relationship is pretty nice though.

Honestly, misunderstandings would be the worst way for Miko to win the Ishibowl. Being a consolation prize wouldn't exactly be the most convincing case for Ishi to take romantic interest in her. I mean, that'd just be shitty for Miko, to have Ishi because he lost his other options.
