I loved reading Conen when I was like 12 and eventually stopped because of the slow pace and recycled plotlines. Should I pick it up again? Is there an end in sight? Did Ran finally find out? Is Akai alive somehow?

I always read it as i? Pretty sure that's how they say it in the series too. Ayumi calls her Ai-chan but everyone else refers to her as Haibara, or "hibada"

I was just thinking the same thing earlier today. It's that look when he lowers his head that really does it.
