Nah they are losing this match and will continue onto the next year, with the third years retiring. these past 4 years have a ton of build up for the second year too (enoshita becoming the new captain, Date tech becoming stronger than Seijo and Shiratorisawa, Kenma wanting a rematch, the twins rematch, the neo little giant revenge, the final match against Itachiyama, Kag's final match and closure against his previous team mates at Seijo, Hinata becoming a WS instead of a middle blocker, coach Ukai coming back, etc...

Haikyuu has a lot of lose ends for it to end where it's at right now, plus the way the tourney brackets work tells you that Karasuno will face a nameless team in the semis and either Itachiyama or Fukurodani in the finals which won't happen because Fukurodani is winning it all and Itachiayama is the big final boss at the end of their second year as they will face a third year Sakusa. Also it doesn't make sense for them to win Nationals right now, they are a team which fields 4-5 first years, it's unrealistic. They will lose against the neo little giant and that will be the end of their first year volleyball career.
