If you had to choose one route from FSN to be the true and only route, which one would you pick?
I would pick "Unlimited Blade Works" , because it's the one that is most centered about Shirou and his ideal and also because its true ending is the one with the most potential for a sequel from all 5 original endings.

UBW has endings that are probably better for sequels, while HF has endings that are more satisfying. The only reason to "make an ending the only true route" to me feels like the former, but whatever
Alternatively just go full Melty Blood and say or archery girl get the real ending

Realistically, could caster have won in any of the bad endings of Fate and UBW? Gil would've just trashed her in the end right?

She's confirmed to win the grail in at least one bad end of UBW where she uses Shirou as some sort of projection machine.

deals with shirou's ideals in a mature way and has best girl being the focus

Would that be the one where she kidnaps taiga and forces him to get stabbed?
