The execution of Luffy's fight with Lucci, from Lucci recoiling mid attack from the damage of Gear 3rd to Usopp saving Zoro from the Rust Rust no Mi swordsman (Usopp couldn't save yubishiri but at least saved Zoro after that) and then challenging Lucci and Luffy waking up was easily one of the coolest fight scenes in the story. There is a merit to that too.

I like that Oda is taking effort to make the Prisoner Mine feel different from Impel Down. A sneaking missing followed by a massive breakout involving some of the top pirates in the world versus coming in as a prisoner, with a much higher Guard-to-Prisoner ratio.

People in the One pIece wourld can heal very fast, Luffy usually can heal only by eating meat an sleeping. Katakuri and Cracker are surely already fine.

It's different for different people, user. Katauri took way less punches to go down than Luffy, so his body may ironically be less monster-like than his (or Zoro or Usopp's).

I wonder how an author, who is known to be planning ahead for years, having a team of artists who support him and taking 1 week off per month is actually getting 15 hours of sleep per week when the story is nearly finished and the majority is planned out.
