It would make sense but to this point none of the demons had any corelation to what body part they give back to Hyakkimaru. Like he didnt get hearing back from sound based demon or get his leg back from some demon that runs fast or had a whole bunch of legs.
Its a gripe ive always had along with how the suffering feeling too pilled on even with the setting.

They do foreshadow it in the episode sometimes, though. During the fight with Bandai, he's stabbed and Dororo questions if he feels pain. Later when he's standing out in the rain, the girl calls out to him and her and Dororo talk about his deafness. It's usually more about theme than the actual traits of the demon.
