Adorably (albeit sadly) sheltered little hillbilly Mer-wife for third best boy. Has already made herself useful by acting as a liaison between Guts' cadre and the mermaids. If the plot actually moved at a reasonable pace I'd be a little worried about her, but not nearly as much as the dashing Captain Roderick.
Her best moments are being genuinely impressed by Isidro's bravado and genuine courage. It's fun to see someone take him seriously, and for him to rise to the occasion and seem a bit heroic at times. It's good growth.

That's part of it I guess. I think the real reason everything about Berserk these days seems so negative is because the slow release schedule has alienated a lot of people, and the only people that usually still talk about Berserk only do so because there's something in particular they're bitter about. There's no point in theorizing or shipping or positively looking forward to anything because there's so little hope or goodwill left in the fanbase.
People that are more inclined to find things to like are spending their time and energy on series that provide content, and aren't rotting away on permanent life support.

I think her main role will be to prop up Isidro and have good chemistry with him. It's hard to imagine her becoming a fighter at the moment, but maybe, depending on how much more time they spend around water.
