It's a web manga that got picked up by a publisher. Its author is often praised for being a comedic genius. The series is still published online and it constantly holds the top rankings in Comic Room. Bretty good art too. With how popular it and the author are, I'm expecting it to get an anime one day.
I've already read it but I wish it had western fans too. It's great and Minorin is objectively best girl.
