It's been bothering me for a while, but I don't know what to make of it. You know how Fuutarou can't recognize them without their accessories, right? That was the reason behind him not recognizing Nino in the bath. For obvious reasons Nino, Miku and Yotsuba couldn't wear their accessories under Itsuki's wig. Ichika on the other hand is the only one who has been wearing her earring throughout the whole Scrambled Eggs. During the baths and under the wig too. What does it mean? Does it even mean anything? Now, potentially her earring might be the reason Fuutarou is able to tell she's not Miku.

13 could be adapted if they make 21 take place the same day. Email exchange, Yotsuba declines the basketball team's offer, Fuutarou goes to tutor them at their place after school, 21 takes place, Fuutarou goes home, next morning he realizes Nino still has his handbook and runs back, ends with 14. 14 would have to be last because the photo would leave more impact as a cliffhanger, and I wouldn't put 21 before 13 because 21 has a stronger end between the two.

For an anime to receive an sequel, aside from sales there must be an large demand for it. This series already has the popularity and large sales boost so I wouldn't be surprised if we get an S2 and when we do it'll most likely be adapted with more care since the staffs are aware us fans actually adore this series. Nino's only flaw is that she is (or was) stuck up and somewhat childish, outside of that, she's been portrayed as the quint with the highest specs. In comparison to that, you have Ichika who has selfishness and being possesive as her flaws, as seen in both, this chapter and her development in the previous arc. Then you have Miku who objectively holds the most flaws of the quints, lacking self-cofidence and having the lowest specs.
