He is going to bait Lalo (Zeta timeline) into the lab, turn out the lights, fetch the gun, and kill him. Unfortunately Lalo (Sigma timeline) will still be around, but Gus will find a way to deal with him as well I'm sure. Faggots never fail to find a way to fuck another man.

We don't know his full plan yet but it is obvious the last part of his plan is to lure Lalo there then hit the lights to create complete darkness and then move to an exact location he has memorized the steps to and grab the gun hidden there.
