DSN is overrated
What killed /trek/?
Jews
Just finished TNG for the first time. Start the films or move onto DS9? I only ask as I’m not clued in on the viewing order
He said /trek/ not Star Trek
i did fren
honestly too much trip fag shit posting and LD faggotry.
I stand by what I said
They can never kill Trekpu. Trekpu is forever.
The viewing order of the films is irrelevant - no one outside of OS/TNG appears in them (except minor cameos). Most of the films are shit. The Motion Picture and The Wrath of Kahn are good. I didn't mind First Contact but it's objectively awful. Voyager/DS9 can be watched independently.

This is some reddit nonsense
That's a handsome young man
you're fucking retarded
everyone laugh at the filthy casual who thinks you can appreciate flashback without first seeing undiscovered country.
you have a hideous taste.
he had human ears in the film and I got really angry
If you mean *all the films, my recommendation would be the original series films after TOS, and the TNG movies you can do before, after, or during
DS9 as all TNG movies take place after the season finale of TNG and seem to take place roughly after season 3 or 4 of DS9 judging by Worf commanding the Defiant.
The movies are definitely a mixed bag. I like all the Original series movies except V: The Final Frontier. And truth be told as much as it's a bad movie I still don't mind sitting down and watching it, it's still dumb fun. Star Trek: The Motion Picture is arguably the hardest one to "get", it very much is 70s weird Scifi VS all the others which are mainstreamish action adventure scifi.
Of the TNG movies, only First Contact is a must watch IMO. I mean the plot makes no fucking sense if you think about it for more than 5s (why the fuck do the Borg need to physically travel to their target to time travel? Why not just travel a million years into the past from the safety of Borg Space... And oh yeah, if they all know about Chronoton particles and hwo to time travel does thst mean after the Enterprise gets back to thr their present time travel is now established??) but it's still fun and well paced. Contrary to most people, I actually enjoyed Nemesis to a degree, not a great movie but I have a soft spot for Tom Hardy. Insurrection and Generations were shit.
The Nu-Trek movies are bad. Thr first reboot was watchable, I at least felt like they got the casting right except for Uhura. But the other two were hot dogshit thst make whatever criticisms I have for First Contacts plotholes look like nothing.
Like fucking seriously JJ, it's the same criticism I have for the Star Wars sequels, how thr fuck does a multi billion dollar studio greenlight a multi part story costing hundreds of millions to produce without having a solid plot outline already established??
tos is the only trek
the rest is faggot fan fiction for homos
don't @me

Name one good thing about TMP
Moron, Tim Russ isn't in Undiscovered Country, he's in Generations.
He’s also in space balls
whatever!! he had human ears. ok fuck you.
Cheers user, I’ll watch first contact then crack on with DS9. Maybe come back to the others later on.
Tim Russ doesnt play Tuvok in Generations
VOY Flashback is about what Sulu was doing when Praxis blows up in Undiscovered County.
>based daddy jellico, i wish he could fuck my ass
Welcome Home.
1st 2 minutes of Star trek 5 TOS was really good.
here
The final frontier is a mess but it’s earnest and had a decent concept, it’s just a shame that it fell apart on every level during preproduction
Has anyone tried editing the movies down to episode length, or editing multiple episodes into movie length?
You could probably edit Nemesis so B4 is just a backup host and Data doesn't really die. And the Ro episodes and some of the DSN arcs would be good movies.
the cinematography in those 2 minutes were really amazing. it really blew me away. how did they do it bros?
huhuh huh uh balls huhh uh
DS9.
All the TNG movies range from meh to bad. Watching the makes no difference from not watching them, except in some cases where they ruin stuff retroactively.
Last time and then we can call the results "official"
>Huhuh huh yeah Number One
>Boobs, hehehe.
DS9 has a slow start but becomes ultra kino as soon as a certain hologram shows up. Enjoy it. DS9 is my favorite over TOS and TNG. On S2 of VOY now and it's good, but not as comfy as DS9. (The Tuvix episode was fantastic and brutal).
OF COURSE!
Man Bones is such a smooth operator, the Khan episode was fucking kino, God Bones is the best and cold as ice.
TMP is the GOAT trek film the rest suck dick and are what directly lead to the abrams franchise being action garbage
There are no trannies on Vulcan.
He was a cool collected cucumber in city at the edge of forever too. I'm gonna call him Ice Bones from now on.
