Most don't require you to upload any torrents unless you want to increase your user class (more privileges, access to invites to other torrent sites). Just seed torrents and you'll get bonus points that can be traded for upload, on top of the upload you'll probably already have. PTP in particular is dead easy. And getting uploads isn't difficult if you try.
Forgot to mention that you can't get into PTP from official recruitment right now unless somebody invites you. I think they closed it because they hit user cap. I believe the old path was to take the RED path. Cheat the RED IRC test > Spam FLACs from Deezer with Deemix or a similar program > Get PTP invite.

You can buy your way into places like IPT, or Chinese trackers such as M-Team. You can supposedly buy invites to high tier torrent sites from InviteHawk but I think it is a scam. People say they give you stolen accounts or just an invite (and if your inviter gets caught, you get banned too). If you're paying then going the usenet route and buying a $10 invite to omgwtfnzbs or .in sounds good, they get stuff from HDB and PTP. Talking to people on IRC or fucking twitter/discord is apparently an easy way in, but I never tried because i'm an autist.

It's literally all over rutracker in every format imaginable, so why would it be banned on private trackers that barely anybody can get into?
