While he was obviously wrong in shooting them, the audio to it really shows how awful the two were and how they genuinely instigated the whole thing. They threatened him, straight-up, for asking them to stop shoveling snow into his driveway. When the wife's shot the husband also books it, doesn't even check to see if she's okay or try to protect her. I feel like that says a lot.

The best part is the woman still keeps bitching at him after being shot multiple times and on the ground before he executes her at pointblank.
