Parroting Crowbcuck is not a real personality.

Spring breakers
Pain and gain
Malcolm in the middle

1950s = It's A Wonderful Life

1970s = Taxi Driver
1980s = Back to the Future
1990s = American Pie/Independence Day
2000s = Mean Girls/War of the Worlds
2010s = Joker

Malcolm in the middle

This captured the feels of the 80s

Who? Internet personality I assume?
I can feel it. Pain and Gain reminds me a lot of Manns's Miami Vice.
In terms of how whites and blacks could laugh at each other without causing international incident, yeah, Boondocks works.
I rarely play games anymore, but mentioned on Yea Forums that IV was my favorite and people started calling me a zoomer. I don't even understand how a zoomer could get the world and the humor, I was 15 when it came out and it was the last time the world wasn't dominated by smartphones.

SAfags are obnoxious like that.

The Sopranos.

Fuck you

Lost

as in being completely generic?

The 2000s has the most complex meta of any decade since the 1960s. Much like the 60s, 1960 and 1969 feel 40 years apart culturally. After 2007, things really start to change for the worse.

Attached: 4172_gtaiv_screenshot.jpg (1280x720, 153.95K)

oh my god get over yourself

y-you too

Superbad

the 2000s has the least culture up to that point

It's more sub cultures and online taking off, huge growth in niche communities with a less herded public, I guess the world was too busy fucking around in the Middle East to program cattle domestically.

>le 2000's bad
You only hate these times because of 9/11 and maybe you were not alive back then.

zoomers are so retarded lol

The Wire.

I’ve had an idea for a show based in the early 2000’s that’s inspired by the shock jock culture of that era. doubt I’ll ever get to make it since I’m a nobody lol

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. You are so wrong on so many levels that I cant even begin to correct you

I was there user, you can't tell me shit.

Dark Knight Trilogy, early Bourne movies, 24 and of course V for Vendetta.

You can't refute this

Clerks 2

Def Jam: fight for NY

>2010s: Joker
?

The Bourne trilogy

It's set in the 80s but really it's just Elf set in a world without hope. That's why it's so popular with late 90s early zoomers.

What a shit list

Any Given Sunday 1999 for the early 00s

Early 2000's
>Bourne movies
>Collateral
>The ninth gate
>Raimi's spiderman
>Hostel
Late 2000's
>The hangover
>Superbad
>Pineapple express
>Disturbia
>Zombieland

wonderful life came out in the 40s you absolute fucking mong

Lucky Star

Bully

The Prequel Trilogy is a self-admitted allegory for the Bush administration, which is why it might feel kinda dated.

Attached: 1-prequels.jpg (1417x700, 169.63K)

Good list, not sure about The Ninth Gate, its kino but I remember Secret Window being talked about a lot when it came out

you nailed the late 00s list user
i get genuinely upset rewatching those movies now since they're so far away
superbad and zombieland in particular
i'm one of 4 people who actually liked zombieland 2, mainly because the writers humor hasn't aged a bit

>superbad
Isn't that just a party movie? How can it define a decade? Not like partying has altered itself in the past decade.

Ah no idea how much impact it had when it came out as I was pretty young back then. Still decided to include it because to me it really captures that late 90's early 2000's feel that was in Europe back then. Always reminds me of the family vacations I had in that time. Amores Perros and Sexy Beast also give me the same feeling.
Lol, I know what you mean. I get pretty melancholy sometimes when I watch movies from that time. More so from early 2000's late 90's movies though. Something about the way people interacted back then seems more organic and less self-conscious to me. Pop culture back then also seems way less bland to me but that might just be my nostalgia talking

Cringe

if you're not rusing, have you seen it user? the part where the dude in the car mentions myspace in particular

By that logic, may as well call Iron Man a 2000s period piece.

>Not like partying has altered itself in the past decade.
I don't think I agree. Nobody was vaping 10 years ago, the music was different, people actually got laid in high school. It's not the same as whatever the kids are up to now. I don't think xoomers even have partys anymore, they just play roblox and use discord.

What was the story again? Someone was molested and someone didn’t have memories of filming the show

It’s strange how the early 2000’s feel like ancient history to me, but the late 2000’s feel like 2 years ago

>people got laid in high school
Zoomers have more sex than millennials on average. 1992 here and most of my class have never had more than 1 relationship, a lot are perma single virgins as well. Only our resident Chad is in a long-running relationship, still with his old girlfriend from high school. Meanwhile a zoomer girl I've been with has been having MFM threesomes.

Two and a half men if your from cali.
Ken park maybe for the early 2000s
And the american pie sequels
And yea superbad for the late 2000s

>1992
kwab

>Europe
What were the feelings towards the EU in the 2000s?

you're dating a whore, congrats

>NOOOO YOU CAN'T REMINISECE ABOUT OBJECTIVELY BETTER DECADES BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE MUH WOJAKS AND PEPES AND ALT-RIGHT INCEL TRANNY BOGEYMEN CULTURE, THE WORLD MUST BE SHIT AND HORRIBLE, AHHHH SAVE ME NIGGERMAN

>zoomer can't stop getting himself cucked in even his own made up stories

God you're so retarded

It's a wonderful life is not nuclear family enough to speak for the 50s.

gtaV perfectly encapsulates ~2009 - ~2013

i'm surprised noone has said the departed yet
