I think this scene when they stupidly clash, like a child clashing his toys together, is what cemented the MCU into complete irredeemable garbage for me. Probably one of the dumbest scenes ever to be put in a movie, and the awful CGI airport doesn’t help either.

What I want to know is if they're going to go through all this trouble to make the majority of it CGI, then why not just make the entire movie CGI and not even bother with visual actors?

I feel like the early to mid 00's were the perfect blend of practical effects and cgi. Even if the cgi wasn't always great, it was used more effectively.

the actual answer is because they wanted to avoid spoilers so they filmed that scene on a closed set with green screen. thats why it looks so much worse than the rest of the movie. now days they film entire movies in warehouses pretty much but back then they werent that far gone and shot a lot of the films on location
