If the town feels like you’re unsafe or unwelcome, yes, you can be banned from a town. I think states can technically ban you, but you’d probably be serving multiple life sentences in prison by that point anywhere. Increasingly disturbing behavior from the Vet leads user to distrust him and one day he notices a pair of underwear missing. I just did and every post I looked at said now town can legally ban you. It is against the constitution and against the amendment for free travel. Can the Judges and town leaders make it hell for you to live in sure, but can they legally ban you from entering that town. No. Unless you are commiting a crime and they put a warrant out for a arrest then they can have you detained but they still cannot ban you from entering a town, city, county, etc.
