And this isn't even getting into gene editing during transport.

My father was a die hard TOS fan and when TNG came out, woo boy, he hated it. The fact is, nobody liked TNG until it started picking up steam, and by season 3, it was accepted by Trekkies (most importantly, my father) as being genuine Trek!

When SNW came out, my father said he would give it a shot! When he finished the first episode, he said, “you know, it wasn’t that bad! Not political like DISCO and it has a real TOS feel to it!”

That’s how you just know… trek is back baby!

So now we are reduced to Low Expectations Trek, to not so bodly go where everyone has safely gone many times before.
