Prediction:
Kim will get scared of Jimmy's new fame, his clientele, Mike's involvement with Gus's operation and Lalo, who's going to catch her off guard, mirroring their encounter when Lalo was in jail and Kim went looking for info about Jimmy, but this time, Lalo will make an actual threat, he knows Jimmy lied, so if Kim doesn't do what Lalo says, he'll kill Jimmy. After the Howard stuff, Jimmy and Kim hate each other, so Kim never tells Jimmy that Lalo is dead/disappeared.

i'm assuming the "all roads lead back to you" line from the trailer will be howard connecting the dots about him being seen as a cokehead
