Space Force is the only of those I've watched and I would have cancelled it on the 1st season. It should not have been produced in the first place. Cancelling Stranger Things makes sense, as I read the last season cost something like 40 million dollars per episode.

Then it was evil american big pharma doing evil experiments, then it was Eleven trying to find her mom and meeting the X-men and defeating Chuthulu, then the town gets taken over by big baddie USSR.Fuck I cant even remember half the shit in season 3, but there was very obvious that the showrunners only had 2 seasons worth of material to go on and they're throwing shit at it, hoping it will stick.

Even the characters have completed their archs and all they have going for them is in group teenage drama shit.
The nostalgia factor can only carry the show and the 80's retro nostalgia wave is long dead now.

Also I had the misfortune of being convinced to watch Stranger Things season 1 and it was shit. Of this list, I have only ever heard of that and Space Force.

Space Force season 1 was top tier. Season 2 was mildly entertaining with no overarching plot and I'm pretty sure it was written by women new to the industry while the producers were constantly changing directions.

They said like a year or two ago that they wanted to do 2-3 more seasons. So a season 5 finale is not surprising.
By season 5 all the kids will be adults so that's a logical place to end it. Most of them were already adults irl during filming of season 4.
