Here's my prediction for the ongoing arc finale:
After having this career and social life destroyed, Howard confronts Jim and Kim. Jimmy denies their involvement as usual, then Howard goes on a monologue about how Kim corrupted herself in order to be compatible with Jimmy. Kim gets mad real fast and starts arguing back, but then Howard imposes himself again with very valid points.
Suddenly, a car comes in and Lalo comes out of it demanding the truth, Jimmy and Kim tries to talk with him, but filled with anger and impatience, Lalo shoots Howard. Mike and his guys finds Lalo and a shooting starts, Lalo flees, Mike and his guys follows him, and at the end Lalo disappears in a way that it's safe to assume he died but you can never be so sure. Jimmy becomes paranoid if Lalo will ever return to haunt him again and Kim tells him she can't do this anymore and that she's done with him.

the only way i dont see that happening is the fact that in "quite a ride" he gave some card to Francesca and said "tell em Jimmy sent you" the only other person i can see that being is Howard, she knows Kim so it can't be her but howard dying is a theory i have had for a while now
