This quote is about a story from the next series where the rebooted doctor meets the daleks for the first time. also the plan is for the entire series to be dumped on the same day on streaming services as opposed to weekly episodics so every episode will have a cliffhanger but will also be different lengths. example, one episode will be 15 minutes, another will be 60.
What i know confirmed so far:
it's based in another universe, not the same doctor as 1-13
Doctor is a white male again, companion is a minority female
the companions story takes place primarily in Manchester
the doctor is more of a secondary character initially
13 episode series, fresh reboot, only things "returning" are daleks and slitheen
the new companion coins the term "tardis"
