New logo just dropped

yeah whatever

grim

Im gonna say it...... gradient is soulful.

kino?

i like it

Let's see Jellyfin's logo

Whatever, who cares about a logo

its not bad but it's very in line with other friendly and bubbly logos which makes it soulless

Attached: file.png (554x554, 41.02K)

lower case bubbly font is feminine.

dude you just torrent a movie and double click on the file, what is the point of this shit?

They're trying to distance themselves from Netflix now that it's dying

Attached: 1622913752724.png (512x250, 32.88K)

society is collapsing...

what. do you even know what plex does?

To impress your roastie tinder date into thinking you're le pirated kino is actually on some random streaming service. Yea Forums is full of zoomer instagram migrants now who think listening to Cumtown and watching Criterion Collection substitutes as taste.

i had it installed before, it just scans your files and makes a catalog and half of it gets mislabeled unless you properly name the files, it's awful

You clearly don't know what it's there for

who cares

sounds like he does

Actually I'd say it's the same logo but different font

I downloaded this shit program once because anons kept raving about it in a netflix thread, and it had no movies LOL. You have to pirate all the movies itself, all it does is provide a netflix-like interface for your pirated flixs.

Instead of just keeping that stuff in /Downloads folder in windows explorer, like a normal person who pirates would, they suffer poorfag cope of not having actual netflix and try to emulate it

>he doesn't use Jellyfin

works on my machine

>you're poor unless you pay us $200 a year for cuties and big poz load

soul soulless

do you really have to buy plex pass to skip tv intro

it’s nice to be able to stream my pirated flickz anywhere, and to not have to worry about content disappearing because of some contract expiring

>spacing

Women are more prone to losing their temper and yelling, though.

it sucks, I won't be changing all my pre-rolls for this nex shitty logo

WHY SO MANY CHEVRONS?

There's only 9

Attached: Stargate.jpg (960x900, 94.02K)

Plex is for people who rewatch things regularly, If you're a one-and-done guy, then plex has no appeal.

>We could not find anywhere to view this title currently
?

it's for watching kino away from your computer

you would know that if you weren't a shut in loser

>pay a subscription
>to stream your own content on your own network
Npc incompetence never fails to astound.

>what is hdmi?

>bro, your caps lock is on

kek so you're still paying to watch stuff?

Only fags use this when free and open source Jellyfin is an option.

PLEX will continue to try to monetize you even after you pay for the lifetime subscription. Enjoy data mining and even more ads!

Kek. The absolute state.

And to be able to pick up where you left off.

You don't need plex for that.
Any decent media player has that feature built in.

>I have 50m hdmi cables for inside my house
>I have a kilometre spool on my car for when I’m away
The absolute state

Nope

Jellyfin is the superior option. But for normies and retards itt plex is massively easier to use (even though it’s not much harder to set up jellyfin).

Yeah name one.

jelly fin has no seak preview setting
FAIL

mpc-be

I have kids

user where do I double click on a file on my 85" TV?

Not everyone torrents files and opens up VLC on their shitty laptop in their dorm room.

Some of us have careers and sex.

Also to add onto this, I share my Plex with my friends and family. They can all watch whatever movie or show I've put on there instead of paying for a shitty service and I handle all the back end of running the server.

Nope try again.

Nope.

Yep, I do the same. Though I’ll be moving to jellyfin so they can have separate accounts and be able to download too.

>admits he was full of shit
Thanks, I guess.

I thought the subscription was to stream outside your home network if you're too dumb to port forwarding

>copes his very hardest
I'll pass on arguing with willfully ignorant people. Don't expect another response.

What do you mean? You have your own account on Plex with downloading available already.

Yeah the subscription is literally just to allow streaming anywhere and to anyone like as if you signed into any other service, you'd have your picture and click it and get your recently watched, recommended, etc. It's also literally like $5 and worth it.

Hence incompetence. Imagine paying a monthly subscription fee to avoid spending 30 minutes setting up your own server.

No you can do that for free.

This weird thing exists for other people that you don't have, called family and friendship.

>claims I can watch something non my pc with media player and switch to my tv and pick up from the same place later
I don’t really get what you’re trying to ‘win’ here. No one is forcing you to use plex or jellyfin.

what kind of animal do you have to be to stop watching movies halfway through

>resorts to name calling to defend his sunk cost
Cope.

Yeah I know, but for multiple accounts you need to pay. Means popular shows and films can’t really be watched by different people without fucking up the history.

Plex is soulless

One of my little brothers is in the military as is my father, and they’ll tend to use it when they’re duty officer. It’s more of an issue for popular tv shows though.

Please list the part of the sentence with a name being called.

Yeah but it's $5 a month. I have no issue paying $5 a month so my friends and family can use my server by me just sending them an email to join. I spend more on drinks and shit with them anyway. Worked fine for years now, the only thing that sucks with watching new shows is waiting 3 months for the shows to finally fucking air because this single week drop bullshit they started doing.

Jellyfin has no PS5 app, so…

kiddy diddler symbol

>

Subscription is also for Android apps tho

Ad hominem then, feel better?

Yeah it’s fairly priced, and I might end up using it. I’ve just used plex on and off for a decade ish and don’t trust them to change prices or tiers for features.
