And within this the best present serious mature content in a way that is suitable for the young viewers but doesn't sacrifice the seriousness
or educational value of it.

This makes it popular and well loved because it means it has a suitably varied content to be not only enjoyed by kids but also enjoyed by large number of adults

It took me out when the first guy who plays Iroh died, and his replacement sounds nothing like him. Sounds like someone taking a shit trying to imitate him, doesn't have the grittiness in his voice and the actual slight Japanese accent original guy had. Watched the show again and i did not remember Zuko having so much screentime, in fact almost every single episode is equally split with Aang and Zuko. They are nothing less than twin protagonists. No wonder he worked so well.

Any age can enjoy its more about whether you can appreciate it for what it is, a kids show. And not nit pick plot holes or nonsensical sections of the story.
