batman 1 is kind of funny because it's barely about batman and you can kind of feel tim burton's dislike of the character in favor of having bruce be a wacky weirdo and jack nicholson ham it up as joker. i don't think it's good but having it be less controlled by comicsfags and producers makes for a more interesting movie

I've despised the Incredibles since it was released. I genuinely think it's one of the most overrated films ever made. It's unwatchable garbage.

What's so bad about it? I wasn't a huge fan of Pixar/Dreamworks animation even when I was a kid and now I'm even less interested in it but I am still fond of Incredibles (sequel was very repetitive tho).

What about great animated Capekino like The Maxx and Spawn on HBO?
