This. My only gripe is that it’s too linear with no actual role playing. Blown up DC is a kino setting and the DLC locations are fantastic with a totally new feel. Beats the fuck out of generic empty desert.

The customization was one of the worst parts about Fallout 4. The armor looked and functioned like dog shit and unique weapons being outclassed by standard weapons with mods was unfun as fuck.

I wish other DLCs had that kind of depth. Nuka world for example feels a bit rushed. The map was good to go, but it would have been awesome if each park district had its own faction rather than just a cluster of raider gangs.
Enslaving the settlements while much more satisfying than building it yourself also went nowhere. I wish you could have some sort of raider linked ending with the main story.
