99% of the evictions are deserved because the people have received the notice months, if not over a year ahead of time and should have made plans, but refused to due to entitlement. many of them also stopped paying rent when they got the notice. The 1% where you feel bad is when the person is an immigrant who can't speak English and so never understood the notice, was told incorrect information from [the council], or the landlord did something illegal / dodgy to get it pushed through when there were no grounds for it and they're in the middle of an appeal they'll win
