worst was the chef returns/death episodes. Lost a good workin nigger on that one
Pip aka Great Expectations
The one where they go zip lining I stopped watching the show after that and they one where stan sees everything as shit.
hmmmm
snuke
the zip line survival was kino and you were filtered, hence why you see everything as shit
Filtered.
>what is worst Episode of South Park?
One of the episodes from 2016 when they thought Hillary was going to win the election and Cartman was hampered with the unfunny smart girlfriend all season.
none of these are close
Literally any episode since about 2016 is worse than any of them
Based
Seasons 1-3 = Good, but still finding its identity and is caught between two eras
Seasons 4-10 = Golden age, nearly every episode is great
Seasons 11-14 = Still consistently good, but cracks showing
Seasons 15-19 = Noticeable decline
Seasons 20-Present = Collapse
I stopped watching around S10 or 11 when I realized most of it is modern commentary shit
it was always the same, you're just retarded and embarrassed that you agree with a show average people like as well. You're just a bunch of weak willed contrarians clinging to the first few seasons of every show. Go ahead and tell me how bad the new spongebob episodes are despite it being aired near 24/7. I'll wait
same.
commedbot or whatever it was called, but I dropped the show at s18 or 19 so I assume current ones are much much worse
I'm not saying some new episodes can't be good, mostly because I haven't seen most of them, I just stopped following since I preferred wacky adventures without relation to real world. Sure they had some references to current events, not two season long drawn out jokes.
Everything after season 7.
based, but I think Isaac Hayes died a few months after anyways
Most of the new episodes from this seasons.
Scott Tenorman must die for ruining Cartman
I don't know about worst, but the imagination land hurt the hype I had for the series as a kid and the 1% episode killed the interest in keeping up with it. Only thing I remember from the 1% episode is cartman dicking around with his dolls tho.
literally every episode past season 5 or 6. It's all unwatchable trash. I would say the most recent episode was fucking garbage
Stone's Urban Movers apologetic
>Let go and Let Gov
last episode I watched.
>contrarianism is when you point out the widely recognized observation that earlier episodes of a long running show or early albums by a band who has been around forever are obviously better because they hadn't run out of ideas yet
honestly, please kill yourself
I haven’t seen the most recent episodes, but I’d be surprised if there was another episode of South Park(or any other show) that was as bad as the post 2016 election episode.
troll trace trump season
the one with the retarded jar jar species, the jakovasaurs
i found it genuinely difficult to get through, it was horribly unfunny and extremely annoying, and I get that it tries to make a point or whatever, but this is the kind of thing that works as a 5 second gag, not something that is stretched out to 20 fucking agonizing minutes
i've never watched the christmas songs episode in entirety, pisses me off
but yeah, seasons 18-> are dog shit, with few exceptions that are less dog shit
i love this one
>filtered
>Filtered.
Brainlet here pls explain
So much this
Based
The one with oprah's midge/gary comes to mind.
The History Channel Thanksgiving one
eat, pray, queef.
also scott tenorman must die is incredibly overrated, it isnt necessarily a bad episode but it doesn't deserve the praise it gets.
He had already quit because of scientology
Yeah, i found 1% to be overly dramatic with Cartman and the dolls.
I didn't even remember this episode until recently it feels like I've never seen it
I think the Shit episode is the only one I skip on rewatch. It was cute when it first aired but it's hideously uninteresting now that everyone is just desensitized to swearing on TV.
There is a direct correlation between how many political episodes per season they have, and the number of shit episodes.
It went from "We don't have political opinions but something especially hilarious/shitty happened so we have to make fun of it"
to
"ZOMG current events!" and is now little more than an animated light night comedy show.
Look at episodes like "The Problem with a Poo" can anyone honestly say that in 10 years people will know what the fuck that episode is even parodying? Who remembers anything from a supreme court nomination hearing from 10 years ago.
>Hurr durr the Kavanaugh hearing was a shitshow so everyone will remember it
Most SCOTUS hearings are shit shows. Look at Clarence Thomas' hearing, look at RBG's confirmation. Nobody is going to remember specific details
I recently learned people don't like Stanley cup because they consider the ending mean spirited
youtu.be
the animation quality going from 5 to 6 really solidify the peak of south park for me, then i would say that the decline started season 15
season 15 episode 1 is the human centipad episode, i really didnt like that one and i dont know it felt matt and trey started to get bored but they had to keep the show running i guess
I haven't watched since 2007, so I can't comment on anything since them. But I remember that Ocean's 11/Obama parody episode being what turned me off from South Park forever. That entire season was awful, but that episode in particular was godawful.
exactly, not sure if user is trolling but the super adventure club is beat for beat mocking scientology
if i remember correctly isaac quit citing the reason being the episode where stan becomes the new L Ron Hubbard
It stopped being consistently great before that but the season with "Funnybot" really is where it was obviously going downhill
Jakovasaurs and it's not even close.
“cancelled” is really good and Yea Forums related
ironically the best episodes are probably when they let the kids do kid stuff without too much interference with the adult world
like the Majorine episode where the boys try to steal the girls future telling advice, or the The List (I think) where the rate the cutest boy in the class
HumancentiPad is great what are you smoking
Lice Capades.
I don't know. There's so many, it's hard to choose.
The show became shit in proportion to the speed at which they could produce episodes. Because they're pretty much the only studio that can do it, they can lazily cash in on flavor of the week stories, written and animated in a rush.
i disagree
>maybe the president is a dog, maybe it's a duck? fuck you who cares you'll watch it anyway
is still a good satire on the tone of movie advertisements
A million little fibers.
Anyone who says otherwise genuinely has a low IQ. That was one of the worst things that's ever aired on television.
I'm not counting anything past season 11 because who cares, only low IQs watch nuPark.
was meant for
the next one
>A million little fibers.
This one is the worst.
funnybot
A bunch of the christmas episodes really sucked. Especially the one that is all musicals
This is the only episode Matt Stone wrote, everybody hated it so he never did another one again.
Anyway the worst episode is the Osama bin Laden episode. Painfully unfunny and instantly dated.
No, it's this:
The zipline episode basically requires you to have had a normal childhood, where you would have at least had one summer where someone hyped you up to go ziplining or horse riding, and instead it's the most boring shit ever.
Mine was horse riding at Camp Baldwin in Boy Scouts. It was like a two hour ride staring at the ass of the horse in front of me. Eventually my horse laid down to get me off of it and ran off.
everything past 2015. not one laugh in almost a decade
I stand corrected, this was the worst episode by a country mile.
