I get that a movie is way quicker to finish than a book, but I've only ever heard Adum say he didn't finish the movie in those film festival reviews anyway, which are arguably more of overviews/assessments of the entire experience of the festival.

If you were to watch 15-80% of a film like Happily N'Ever After or some shit, and give it a 5, it would be correct and no amount of runtime would change that, it's a 5. I think it's fine to review something if you didn't finish it as long as you disclose that. Saying something was so bad you walked out and give it a 1 star is fine, but should be credited less than someone who finished it.
