i remember all of these. and that's not very special.
There was an 80's cartoon show I remember which I haven't been able to find. It was all babies that could talk. I think they lived above clouds, and the main character was a noir detective baby. They were just like a whole town with like a mayor baby, a baker baby, a cooper baby. but the babies were all behaving like independent adults. Anyone remember it?
