how does an ep from 11 years ago LOOK 100x better than any chib ep

Writing's what matters, chump. Series 6 sucks balls.

I love that story, Canton was based.

sure thing
it's still 1000x better written than anything chibnall's done

Attached: C8L-A-BXQAAdJ0l.jpg (720x576, 31.55K)

I'll take S6 over any Chibnall series, and it's the worst Moffat series by far.

The Game Long

Who the fuck is between Amy and River

Keep repeating the mantra. Maybe one day someone will believe you.

youtube.com/watch?v=ZgXBIGoAqyY

You're out of your mind if you think any Chibnall series is better than S6.

Captain Jack Harkness

cope, Chris, and fuck off to write Boredchurch 4

Canton. Try watching the episode, retard.

Series 11 was genuinely kino. Why are you like this?

did a faceswap morph of all the Doctors...

Attached: FREChiwXwAEDfuJ.jpg (900x900, 123.85K)

The figure behind the shed was never explained.

Attached: figure.png (794x250, 285.08K)

it's the timeless child

You jest but there are probably kids growing up with Chibwho now who will later unironically peddle this.

to be fair
tim shaw > silents

And good thing, too. People can love what they like. No one will ever love you.

tardis.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Baked_goods_from_the_real_world

Don't need anyone to believe me, the viewing figures speak for themselves.

Series 2 > Series 11 > Series 9 > Series 6

this is facts

Cope, Chibnall.

Who's face is this?

Correct.

that's part of the car roof numb nuts

it's me, I snuck onto the set

Nope, you can see a hand move down at some point. It's a mystery!

it's Adam Mitchell

/who/ hates Capaldi's series now for the same reason /who/ hated Tennant before.

Cool beans.

Reminder that Series 1 has no bad episodes.

Moron. One person joking about series 2 being good doesn't mean everyone here thinks that.

Briggs will explain it in a new BF series

I remember when forums went mad about "omg are there secret silents hidden in the show?!" for a while. The person behind the shed was outed as a crew member in shot, I think Moffat confirmed it in DWM. There was also pic related, shadowy figures/moving props.

In hindsight, he could've pretended the "figure behind the shed" on the beach was a Clara fragment

Attached: move.png (1000x1000, 1.69M)

Wow, any other hidden figures?

>>Labour look set to win the upcoming general election
These days Labour's got about as good a chance to win as Lord Buckethead. People are probably just gonna vote for the Tories again cause they don't know any different
Also I don't see any correlation in your post between Who's quality and whichever party's in power

Attached: fantastic thread.jpg (533x680, 111.34K)

After we had the reveal of the 'future Doctor' in Flesh and Stone with Amy/the rewind, I thought we might get flashbacks to Series 5 at some point in Series 6 'revealing' some Silents had been hiding in shots. Would've been cool if they'd thought of it

Wrong quality text.

it's a shame we haven't heard this theme lately. it's probably Segun's best work.

youtube.com/watch?v=77KD7whAoOo

Is it really that surprising that Doctor Who is better under the party that funds the BBC more?

As it happens, buying a fancy camera and widening the aspect ratio does not actually make you a good cinematographer/director if you otherwise don't know what the fuck you're doing.

Which isn't saying much.

Such a great story!

Mayday! Mayday! This is an urgent message for all the Doctors. It's vitally important that you listen carefully to me for once. Our whole existence is being threatened by a renegade Time Lord known only as the Rani! She hates me. She even hates children! Two of my earlier selves have already been snared in her vicious trap. The grumpy one and the flautist, do you remember? She wants to put us out of action, lock us away in a dreary backwater of London's East End, trapped in a time-loop in perpetuity. Her evil is all around us! I can hear the heart beat of a killer. She's out there somewhere. We must be on our guard and we must stop her before she destroys all of my other selves! Oh... Oh... Good luck, my dears!

The original, very first synopsis of the Tenth Doctor's death, by Russell T Davies.

Hey the RTD era may have had shit equipment and some bizarre decisions like the piss filter, but the show's direction and visuals never actively impeded the viewing process like with Chibs.

"flautist" wtf

Who is replacing Jodie and will the next season be good?

It's sort of similar to what happened with the Vinvocci spaceship in a roundabout way. That would have been too quiet for a grandiose finale.

You're not wrong. Nothing in ChibWho comes anywhere close to this: twitter.com/BadWolfArchives/status/1517596840409149440

>Who is replacing Jodie
Unknown.
>will the next season be good?
Unclear but it will be better than any of Jodie's most likely.

Christopher Eccleston

As lame as The End of Time is at points, the four knocks scene is so fucking kino it makes it worth pushing through Simm's overacting and the comedy pensioners

RTD has his cake and eats it. He does the huge Time Lord stuff, but it's not that that kills the Doctor. It's a small sacrifice, a choice to replace Wilfred in a glass booth. So his original idea is still there, in a way.
