Just watched this, need more documentary kino.
Just watched this, need more documentary kino
That guys a faggot.
So is Michael Moore, but he surprisingly produced an honest documentary called Planet of the Humans.
King of Kong
Fathead
I've been watching the Up series, it's very nice
Short short version of both:
>Being a stupid fuck leads to being a stupid fat fuck.
Shocker!
>eating McDonald's three times a day while drinking copious amounts of booze destroys your body
These evil corporations must be stopped
Documentaries are shit, they always stretch the truth and sensationalize events to the point where they barely accurately represent reality.
Billy did nothing wrong.
Why watch Super Size Me when you can live the experience?
why does 7-11 sell white castle food
Yeah but Fathead has the added bonus of being more intellectual and also making fun of Spurlock and his retard girlfriend
I enjoy all his work. Don't care if he is fake
Frozen food. I had a craving for them,
This unironically made me want McDonald's. I went and got a big Mac meal after watching it
Im of two minds with this...
On one hand yeah it's entirely people's choice, they have healthy choices and don't make them. Not McDonald's fault. Fuck those people who cares.
On the other hand... Thinking longer term here... What if eating McDonald's 3 times a day became normalised? Like what the lightbulb companies did, all got together and said "lets make bulbs that last only 6 months so people have to keep buying new ones lol" or with replaceable phone batteries. That's barely even a thing anymore. Food is food and those examples aren't food but what if companies decided over time to only sell shit food? And slowly deemphasize healthy stuff. Fuckers need to be regulated into the ground to prevent profit mongering ruining food for everyone.
Fathead is awful, he spends 90 minutes full of cope to convince himself that it's okay to be unhealthy. He even tries to suggest that calories in = calories out is "BOLOGNA"
Moore's only good documentary is Roger and Me and *maybe* Sicko
Isn't Sicko full of misleading shit?
I'm sure it is but it's so well made I really can't shit on it
I will never forgive this faggot for taking super sized meals away from us.
Had Bonchon last night, good shit.
I enjoyed this one, a bunch of guys trying to pass their Master Sommelier exam. Some insight into the Wine industry too.
I am worried about your health user.
I used to love documentaries until I realized they're all just glorified reality tv with no interest in being honest.
American Movie and Who Took Johnny are the best documentaries i've ever seen.
Tickled and Crumb are also great. The real hidden gem and i wish more people on Yea Forums saw it - Trayvon Hoax, it's on youtube. Absolutely insane movi, very funny, though. The director is clearly insane but due to his autism we know the whole truth about the case.
We were forced to watch it at school. As we left the hall another class was holding a charity cake sale right outside.
America was a mistake.
Super High Me (2007)
it's on youtube :)
I'm not even American. The mcdisease has spread across the oceans.
What does he do? Just smoke a lot of weed?
Tickled
Any other ‘God I could go for some McDonalds right about now’-core?
Not enough filling in those buns.
You can grow healthy food, there's nothing stopping you
McDonalds used to be good before these slacktivist faggots started complaining about the obvious lack of nutrition in junk food
based taste
I never will be not mad
>Supersize Me
>documentary
these things don't belong together
Fyre Fraud
Tickled

30 days cold turkey, 30 days of weed 24/7
With munchies like that, I'm guessing it turned back into supersize me?
Nigga they're gonna ban you if you keep that refund bullshit up. Gotta space em out to one free meal a month
Why didn't they document his alcoholism?
checked. great doc too.
That dude lied about lots of things (I think he is a vegan cultist) and got rich off the film, just so you know it was a giant grift.
Shits not even real. It’s one of those “documentaries” that are known to be fake. It’s just vegan bullshit.
>>American Movie
>>Trayvon Hoax
Explain.
He was ahead of the curve on a few things, noting that calories in calories out isn't the whole story, promoting a meal plan similar to keto, and noticing that the results of Super Size Me seem preposterous and Spurlock's refusal to release the food log is suspicious.
But that's about all he got right, the movie has a LOT of bologna in it.
so what did super high me prove?
This. IIRC he had liver problems by the end, which his drinking would definitely contribute to.
Eating fast food every day ruins your health.
Also hyperuricemia, which his doctor even said he was completely shocked by and didn't expect the fast food overconsumption to produce. Guess what a common symptom of alcohol abuse is...
My favourite documentary
you should watch Waco: Rules of Engagement
Isn't that the one that says the feds blew up the building with laser weapons or something?
Operation Odessa
youtube.com
No whiny presenter narrating obnoxious lines, just an excellent compilation of reporter footage.
I watched this after hearing it was super violent and anti-gun, but I thought it was extremely tame. The most gruesome images were still photos of suicide victims, which I thought were in poor taste and not even applicable to the thesis of the documentary. It also didn’t seem very anti-gun either. There were a few comments made about the availability of guns in the USA, but a big portion of the movie was spent discussing serial killers like John Wayne Gacy and Edmund Kemper who didn’t even use guns to murder people.
Isn't that just some edgy exploitation film made to be shocking with gore and violence?
