Ask the Russians how their Netflix and Disney+ streams are going.

>Get an uncompressed 4k file of Apocalypse Now final cut
>its 90gb

Welp, back to RARBG

Must suck to have shit internet speed these days that you need to store your entertainment.

>he thinks the content on streaming services are perpetual.
You sir, are a cuck.

That's the point of collecting digital files.
Which was the question.

great. been ripping my blu rays and dvd's and adding them to plex. It's so nice to have everything be so seamless and easy.
My only issue now is that the default plex app on the Xbox one can't direct play Blu-ray subtitles (I forget the actual format name.) So I installed the kodi app with the plex plug in because that would fix everything, and boom, it does! No transcoding when watching 4k rips with subtitles. The only problem now is that kodi can't display "raw" hdr, and has to tonemap it. Kind of stinks but not that big a deal. I can always go back to the native plex app if I want to see it in perfect fidelity.

That sounds like a lot of effort to go through just to save having to put the disk in the player

unironically not an issue
i have a 7 years old 100% uptime 10 disk 50tb raid6 mix of 4tb blue and green. sum total of problems i have one disk with reallocated sectors. i no longer write to it, read only plus automatic patrols.
no idea why you guys can't into computers. power supplies is another one, literally never had a problem.

It's just so my pirated library is seamless with my physical library. I mostly get the blu ray or DVD for the extras anyways.

I bought a 14TB hard drive for $190, pretty cheap. Filled about 5TB so far but idk what else to fill it with.

For me its being an organisation chad

Attached: arnold film kino.jpg (182x388, 38.72K)

I mostly only pirate stuff I can't already get physically, so largely shit that hasn't been (and likely never will be) remastered in HD or made available to English-speaking audiences

Feeling the pinch of not being on a private tracker though like KG when shit I'm after doesn't turn up in the usual places

Also rate my file organization

Can I get plex to make folders and organize them like that? Half my movies are in their own folders and the other half are all in one folder

rate me as someone who is not a movie buff.

>download movie
>watch movie
>delete movie

Watch more films made pre-70s/10

>New World Order kicks in
>no more free shit from the internet for you goy
>every movie you liked get's deleted cause racism and transphobia
>you will only have jewflix suscription services with just propaganda on it

Going decent, picked up Halloween 2, Hostel Trilogy and the animated hobbit movies at goodwill over the weekend

I have never watched something twice

>put bluray in player
>software on disk attempts to contact content delivery network to download more recent unskippable adverts to play
do disklets really?
all they have to do is let me watch the film that i paid for in peace. but the money grubbing knows no end, and so i am morally justified in doing whatever is necessary to ensure unfettered enjoyment of media.

you have to be brain ded to go by the colors. you either buy blues, or the HGST models

You must only be 19yrs old at best then

I get that most movies, even decent ones, aren't really worth a rewatch, but you don't even care to watch movies you thoroughly enjoyed twice?

Rate and Hate

if you aren't shucking 'whites' you are getting shucked

I don't think so. Not him but I use a tool called Tiny Media Manager to organize and download metadata and stuff for my movies.

new blu rays aren't like that really.

piratefag campfire stories are hilarious, got any more?

Comfy picks, throw in Columbo and you're basically set

Will do user, i have been meaning to watch Columbo

That's not even a thing mate, just admit you're too poor to be a physical + piratefag idort

I like the inclusion of Batman the Animated Series

I tried to build a collection that i would enjoy watching is i was stranded on a desert island, stuff i could just watch and enjoy

Attached: 1.png (1116x444, 30.86K)

you know in how i met your mother they green screen billboards in the background of the set and every time they rerun it syndicated they insert new updated adverts.
you understand that cable/satellite companies charge the tv channels for space on their platform and the customers to watch the show. they are literally being paid twice.

How does one make a screencap that’s larger/longer then the screen?

When I try scrolling while holding down the “Windows”, shift and 4 keys to make a screencap, it doesn’t work and the stuff below is cut off from the screencap (Mac OS El Capitan, here)?

Attached: old man computer.gif (524x276, 1.31M)

I just full screened my folder, screenshot and then cut out the excess. you think my screen is smaller than 208x728?

>no podcasts folder

>you think my screen is smaller than 208x728?

No, but for example, I've seen posts with screencaps of the data box from a Wikipedia page that are larger then the screen so obviously it can be done but I can't figure out how to do it?

Attached: old man on-line.jpg (667x406, 122.1K)

Okay but how is that relevant to your bullshit about Blu-Ray pre-menu ads? Sounds like you're reaching, mate

Just take two different screenshots and then edit them together i guess

>Just take two different screenshots and then edit them together i guess

I have no idea how to do that.

Reminder that DVD chads never lose, true, unedited, uncucked content

>Take a screenshot of the first half of what you want, put it in paint
>Take a screenshot of the second half of the content you want
>Put it in paint
>Crop them both together into one image

open the first screenshot in paint, open the second one in your browser, right click and copy it, go back to paint and make the space bigger thna paste in the second one and crop out the overlap

How old are you to not even know MsPaint basics??

He;s either 12 or 62

sorry
google bd live specification, designed for live stream events special features does anyone believe that? its used for downloading new trailers.
there are plenty of stories on plebt i won't link them where a bluray on a player with network connection (e.g. ps3) plays trailers for a newer as then unannounced film. if you unplug you get zero trailers.

OK, I'll give that a try.

54.
