guff

We're all gonna die in a big FLUX.

Yas is the most awesome person the Doctor has ever known.

The Flux is a prime example of Chibnall's unoriginality. A big space cloud that destroys planets is just about one of the most cliched sci-fi space opera concepts of all time.

I thought it was gonna be a sentient timeline that changed history around it

Wasn't she legal there, though?

Well, I just put a lot of spin on the Tardis, and the asteroid simply sliced us up out of the gravity whirlpool. Oh, you know, K9, sometimes I think I'm wasted just rushing around the universe saving planets from destruction. With a talent like mine, I might have been a great slow bowler.

>Sorry user, but that's far too creative for our show. Please leave the writer's room.

Go back to Faction Paradox, Larry.

What's worse: The Vanquishers or Legend of the Sea Devils?

Can't remember either

Dunno, I'm not watching ChibWho

Is it even that? I'm still confused by what it actually did months later. I mean, it did harm planets, but wasn't there a time aspect too?

Wake me when the new RTD Who starts.

Flux was purely a spatial event that devastated planets. One of the planets it devasted was Time where some powerful entity also called Time (who may or may not be the Eternal from the VNAs) was kept under control. When Time (the planet) was ravaged by the Flux, Time (the entity) was set free and went around killing people. Still not sure how it all got resolved.

Not gonna be until at least Autumn 2023.

The Vanquishers is just a complete mess from start to finish, and not even an entertaining one. LotSD at least has some kind of story that isn't "random things happen and random characters face off against each other".

What are we watching today fellow bbc enjoyers? Gonna check out enlightenment again

What is going on here?

She's threatening his fart box.

Sounds like I'll be having a very restful nap, then.

Admit one bad thing about your favorite Doctor, your favorite era, your favorite episode.

10
too gay
new earth too silly

10 isn't your favourite Doctor, though.

3
too gay
car chases too silly

12 - Don't like his hoodie
UNIT era - too much Master
Spearhead From Space - there's an annoying and easily avoidable continuity error when the TARDIS materialises

Well fuck me for expecting a shred of sincerity from this hellhole.

>sincerity
kys

Slit your wrists Judy.

>expecting /who/ to be good on weekends
That's on you, really.

>continuity error

If it was a timeline that changed history you could even change the Timeless Child stuff without feeling cheap and still retain the overhaul feel of the whole thing
Hell, have the timeline change so the Master becomes the Timeless Child (maybe he wants to and manages to change it using this FLUX-Timeline-Event)

But no... big universe breaking cloud that doesn't even get fixed

>big universe breaking cloud that doesn't even get fixed

Will RTD undo Gallifrey's destruction?

I don't think he'll mention Gallifrey at all
inb4 the schizo poster about how the next Doctor is the First Doctor in an alternate universe

nobody knows
fuck off

it is

You are rude and unpleasant

>next Doctor is the First Doctor in an alternate universe
how loud will you cry when this is confirmed?

>it is
If this happens I'll eat a Doctor Who Bluray and post the video on here

be more clear on your conditions

What non-British actor would you be okay with playing the Doctor?
HARD MODE: No Australian or Irish

For me, it's Sharlto Copley

God I hope not. Bringing back Gallifrey and the Time Lords was one of the dbest things Moffat ever did. The whole point of the show since day 1 is that The Doctor is the last of the Time Lords. It'd be like bringing Krypton back for Superman.

Neil Patrick Harris

Joel McHale

If at any point during the next 3 series the next Doctor is revealed to be an alternate Doctor living in a new alternate universe I'll ground up a Doctor Who Bluray DVD on a blender and eat it

it has to be in reverse
if in no point they aknowledge it is the same doctor from before

>Michael Emerson
>Navid Negahban

>im goint to bake a new gallifrey
who knows from what is this a reference ?

When was the 9th Doctor acknowledged as the same one as before?
Of course they'll do a soft reboot and avoid mentioning past events, doesn't mean the 9th Doctor is from an alternative universe

Alan Tudyk (aka the bizarro 10th Doctor from the American Who dimension)
anything else is guff

he regenerated into 10 and it was confirmed in School Reunion, took 13 months
if this does not happen in 36 months, you eat a dvd

OK

Twelve's American gameshow host impression in the Zygon episodes is one of the most cringe things in existence. No, the cringe being the exact point and intention does not save this.
The Smith era's usage of the sonic is the most obnoxious in the show's history.
The Parting of the Ways started many of NuWho's cringe tropes and only gets away with it because it was the icebreaker.
